Situated minutes from the waterfront, enjoy walking to 4 waterfront restaurants, 6+ additional restaurants, shops and boat/jet ski/paddle bike/paddle board rentals. This cottage offers two bedrooms, one full bath, kitchen and laundry room.
There are two homes on the property with plenty of parking. There is a gas grill, outdoor shower and an outdoor table and seating for four. The owner's home is located behind the guest cottage and the owner uses the driveway to access the home (by foot).
A pet is welcome under 50 lbs with payment of pet fee at booking. Please let me know if you have any questions!
