Remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath manufactured home, very nice , all new furniture. This unit is much nicer than, and a forth the price of a motel room in Moab. Our 14 properties listed on VRBO have a total of 467 , 5 star reviews . Most commonly people cite cleanliness as what impressed them most. Clean rental

The rental was very clean and as described. We didn't spend much time at the house as we were pretty busy. The washer and dryer are a good size - good for a family.

Convenient

Located between Bryce and Zion National Parks. Worked fine for us. Early in season, so some businesses were not open

Book cliffs exploring

Nice quite location offering perfect out the door access to the book cliffs. Great gracvel riding and sise by side routes right out of the driveway. Neighbors unoccupied house had a malfunctioning night light that ruined the site for astrophotography but otherwise great stay.

Great hub for visiting NPs

Great hub for visiting nearby NPs. Location is quiet, which we appreciated. House itself was clean and affordable. We would stay here again when visiting the area.

The space was very clean. Had all bathroom toiletries and towels. Great location! Amazing view!

Great Flexibilty

There was an issue with the water heater when we stayed, but within minutes of us finding that out and calling it in, we had maintenance on site. Unfortunately, it needed to be completely replaced, but they had another property for us to use and refunded the cost due to the inconvenience. Totally unexpected and a great way to ensure we use them again!

Amazing!

The house was exactly as described, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Coming from Pennsylvania, staying in Thompson Springs felt like stepping into a completely different world—stunningly remote and full of natural beauty. It was the ideal base for exploring the region. We left this morning, and I’m already daydreaming about when I can return for a longer stay. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to experience the serene beauty of Utah!

Great stay in Thompson Springs

The North Canyon House was a very comfortable stay, plenty of room. In a very quiet, peaceful country setting for sure, away from the hustle of Moab, but still only a short drive from Arches and Canyonlands.

Wonderful and Peaceful

Clean & Easy to Find

Very nice clean 2 bedroom trailer. It was hot outside during our stay and the 2 AC units kept the place cool. Very quiet area but not far from I-70. The place was exactly as described.

What a beautiful stay near Moab, Arches national park and Canyonland! Everything you need to be confortable and happy. You can rest and look at the canyon around or walk and see the old buildings and cars. A peaceful place

Thompson Springs Stay

The directions were very clear with where to go and easy to find! About an hour from canyonlands national park and 30 minutes from arches national park and 40 minutes from Moab which was perfect! Good price for the location!

Nice property, Neighborhood was questionable. I didn’t have any issues however. Train tracks was only about 150 yards away and train came through many nights blowing its whistle around 3-3:30

Long weekend in Moab

Nice canyon home. Very easy to find, inside clean and comfortable. A short drive into Moab and a few minutes from Sego Canyon and petroglyphs. We enjoyed our stay.

I am part of the 50% of the population that dislikes heavy traffic and crowds. Our 14 rental house are 35 minutes from Downtown Moab, which is a huge plus for me and about50% of the population. For the other half o the general population, its a negative WE ARE 35 MINUTES NORTH OF MOAB ON I-70 EXIT 187

Very convenient to I-70 and on your way to Arches National Park and Moab. the view of the Book Cliffs is the best of any property in Grand County. All 14 of our rental houses are a half the price of a motel room in Moab and twice as nice
