Our trip was a girls trip and we felt safe the in the house and surrounding areas. Plenty of room and the house was clean. Would definitely consider staying on my next trip to Savannah.

We are grateful for your thoughtful feedback. It means a lot to us, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
The property appeared as listed, the location was close to Forsyth Park (and really, the whole downtown is walkable), and checking in and out were easily done and well-communicated. Street parking was easy and my whole family was comfortable in the home.
The property was really nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. The check-in process was simple and we were even brought extra paper towels since we were short. Highly recommend!

Hi Deborah, thank you for the wonderful review! We're glad you found the property comfortable and enjoyed the easy check-in process. It was our pleasure to bring the extra paper towels! We’d love to host you again soon.
We enjoyed the home very much, comfy, cozy and clean! Bath and bedroom door locks quirky but didn’t interfere with our fun… table perfect for party of 6 to play games… walkable distance to most things we wanted to see… uber system works well for those sights a little further away!
The hosts were phenomenal. Great communication and quick response when we had some issues with the fans in the bedrooms. The location wasn't our favorite, it made us a little uncomfortable. But overall it was a good stay.

Thank you for your review. Rest assured, our homes are safe and secured. We hope to host you again soon.
We had the most amazing property manager. There were a few things that went wrong at our VRBO, and Jamie took care of us/it and kept checking on us our whole stay. She did whatever needed to make sure we were all good. The place was very cute and clean. My only complaint is the 1 off street parking is only for small SUVs or smaller vehicles due to a tree in the way
I helped host my best friends bachelorette here with 6 other girls. The house was perfect size and was very cute. One of the girls had stayed in this exact house for a bachelorette a year before and it was still fantastic. Highly recommend this place.
We were really happy with the space. The bedrooms were comfortable, kitchen was clean, and sharing the two full bathrooms worked just fine for our group. I don’t recommend using the off street parking as it is an extremely tight spot, but otherwise we loved the property!
Great house for our family with adult children. Easy Uber ride to anywhere we wanted for the weekend and nice walking during the day. A little noisy at night with sirens and yelling, but expected in the city I think. Could have used washcloths as well as a few more towels. Overall a very nice weekend!

Cool old house close to Forsyth Park
This house is a fun house to rent just outside of downtown Savannah. You can walk to Forsyth Park and is a 5 minute drive to downtown. The house is nice and the layout is good. The house does show it's age a little bit in places and the house was not as clean as I would appreciate but maybe that is part of renting an older house with history. The parking spot is extrenely small and could barely fit a minivan in it and still open the doors. Overall, it's a nice place and the management company was really good to deal with.

Clean, comfortable house in so-so neighborhood
The house is clean, comfortable (we were a group of 4), and well-equipped..The beds are comfy. The house is showing its age a bit in the chipped upstairs tub, the bleached towels, and the hard flat pillows. .
To us, the biggest disappointments were the neighborhood and the lack of off-street parking. We assumed that we could walk home from dinner downtown at night in a group (guessing, about a mile in distance but well within our "range" if the neighborhood is safe.) We were cautioned not to do that by numerous folks in town.
Second, we all had the impression that there was off-street parking for one car, and the check-in instructions said to park on the street. We didn't have problems finding parking nearby, but there is a difference between on-street and off, especially since this place is pricey vis a vis its competition. .
All in all, we concluded that there are probably more cost-effective and better located choices elsewhere.

Sue, I appreciate your review, and the fact that you were such a clean and respectful guest! I am replacing pillows etc per your review, and appreciate you letting me know. I also would like to note that I personally lived in this neighborhood for many years and not once had any issues with neighbors or safety. Finally, I have hosted hundreds of guests at this home without a single incident for over a year now, so while I hear you, from my perspective, the reality I've experienced by hosting guests here presents a very different picture :) secondly, I have never advertised parking on my listing, so I apologize if you were confused, but again, I have never had "off-street parking" as an amenity on my listing. Hope we have the pleasure of hosting you again sometime soon, Sue!
My group (3 adults, 4 Girl Scouts) stayed here for 4 nights and LOVED it! It is a very cute old house with everything you need. I was delighted that there were plenty of towels for all 7 of us. There were kitchen items (coffee, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, dishwasher pods) and bathroom items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent) that I wasn't expecting to be there. The host was amazing with communication, and asking multiple times how we were. I recommended a toaster for future travelers, and one was delivered within an hour! You can't beat that customer service! We also had a plumbing issue our last night, and they were very easy to reach by phone.Being from out of state, the area seemed fine/safe. We weren't scared walking around or anything (we walked everywhere). We did have random people sit on the porch, who told us they didn't think anyone lived there. They did nothing to bother us though. We could have used a couple more blankets, but not needed enough to ask for them. My only con was the off street parking, as this was on my "must have" list when searching for a place to stay. The spot is plenty big enough, but there is unfortunately a palm tree growing right in it. I got quite the scratch on the side of my car. You can't just pull straight in, you have to maneuver around the tree, and I just couldn't see it in my mirrors.
The location is really convenient, kitchen appliances are quite old and noisy, but that didn’t bother us much. Property manager responded in seconds even on Thanksgiving night, really impressed! Would interest in renting other houses from this company.
We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! Everything was clean and so thoughtfully decorated. It was very hot outside, so we were relieved that the AC worked well. Check-in and check-out were both easy and convenient, and the communication with the host both before and during our stay was great. Location was also perfect. No real complaints, and would definitely recommend this house for a group of no more than 7 or so people!
This home was a great landing spot for our vacation. Everything was walkable or a short 5 minute drive. The house was clean and comfortable. It was an older home so had some quirks. The locks on the bathroom doors didn’t work which was annoying and the door knob on the master bedroom was stuck as well so the door didn’t close right. The downstairs toilet would just run and run until you jiggled the handle each time. None of those were big issues just annoyances.
