This little studio is perfectly located to explore the village of Ajijic. It's a simple space, but has all the necessitates. And the manager Miriam is helpful and thoughtful. I enjoyed my one week stay.
Great location, great hospitality and the apartment had everything we needed.

The room was furnished thoughtfully and complete to meet the needs of guests. The hostess Miriam was kind and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon.
AJIJIC is as beautiful as they say. Miriam is your contact as she lives in the main part of the house. She is very knowledgeable, helpful, generous and friendly. Only downside was noise, but that is to be expected when you are a block from the water and 2 blocks from the centre of town. I would definitely stay there again.
I’m a senior solo traveller who stayed over two weeks. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is safe and quiet and vey close to everything. Miriam was so kind, helpful and always available if needed.
If you are young, don’t plan to cook or eat in, and love partying, this flat is ideal for you. You are close to all the shops and night life and the malecon.
Property was as advertised, good location to Lake and town, only neg the WiFi would not work. As for the town and lake area I was very dissapointed, Lake green, not blue like pics, poluted with some kind of plant that caused algy. I only stayed in apt and town one day and night, paid extra to get out of there, flew back to Medellin !
Location location location this place is close to everything a block off the lake two and a half blocks from the Plaza Halo 5 blocks to the main road the lady sarah that does linens each w provide maid service you can pay 150 mxn each time and laundry additional air conditioning is unnecessary there's two fans and I'm vry very comfortable the owner is extremely nice and so is the maid that she sent over the internet was was I guess just like any other internet yet it had a frigerator coffee machine in microwave a table of bed shall have plenty of drawers and things to put things away with a eduar there's no Patio Pool Garden or Courtyard so you don't have that kind of outdoor privacy write out your door literally 2 minutes it's a beautiful Park and Lake and Boardwalk the locals the parks department keep it absolutely spotless this is a good choice

It was very clean and great location. Walking distance to most everything. Amenities were good
Great location, clean and had most everything I needed. It does need better curtains as at night with lights on you can see in. It was also a little noisy as being right on the street but even that was okay. Armando was very nice and considerate!! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Near the Malecon
Good Points:
1: only one block to the lakefront
2: near the center of town
3: clean
4: refrigerator worked well
5: Bathroom appeared to be newly tiled.
Bad points:
1: No ventilation- two small windows in the strange “garage doors”. Fortunately the weather was mild, and the two fans helped. I do not recommend staying there if the weather is the least bit warm.
2: the bedside lamp would only stay on it you held the cord - at one point the switch started smoking, so I unplugged it. The lamp is very old. Suggest a new reading lamp.
3: The bathroom light is a naked lightbulb hanging from the wall.
4: No mirror in the bathroom, made shaving difficult
5: A few microwave safe dishes would be nice.
6: Bed is a mattress over plywood- very firm.
7: The worst part is I had to pay a damage deposit fee that was as much as the room cost. With all the fees I should have just stayed in a hotel. I loved Ajijic and wanted to stay a few more days and found this place. Next time I will look further. I cannot imagine a long term stay there.
