Updated 3BR/2BA Townhome Near Old Town Scottsdale
This 3br/2ba unit has everything you need to make your stay in beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona a memorable one. It is a single story unit with everything located on the ground floor and no building/units above. The master bedroom features a king size bed, private bath, ample closet space and internet capable tv. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed and plenty of room in the closet for your gear. The 3rd bedroom has twin bed that can be converted to a king bed.
Both bathrooms will have all the basics so you are ready for your stay, you just need your personal items.
Scottsdale is loaded with amazing restaurants (many of which also deliver through services such as Uber Eats), but should you decide to cook, the kitchen is ready for you. There is also a dining room next to the kitchen. The living room features a sectional sofa, chair and big screen tv that has both over the air HD channels and steaming capabilities. There is also a desk in the back of the living room should you need to do any work while you are here.
There are two large, covered parking spots behind the townhouse and parking is allowed on the street in front as well. There is a community pool and baskeball hoop located about 300 feet out the back of the townhouse. The pool is not heated, but the city of Scottsdale has several heated outdoor pools available year round for lap swimming. https://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/sports/aquatics/
The covered patio is private and great for enjoying some quiet time at the end of the day. When you want some fresh air you can walk out the front door, take a left and in about 100 yards you will end up in Chaparral Park featuring a fishing lake, walking/running track, jungle gym and plenty of room for picnics or play.
The location is fantastic as you are secluded enough to enjoy some peace and quiet, but everything Scottsdale has to offer is literally just a few minutes away. It is less than 2 miles from the highway, so if you want to venture outside of Scottsdale, that is easy to do as well. The townhouse is less then 2 miles from Scottsdale Community College and just a 10 minute trip to Arizona State's main campus, so it's a great place to stay for college graduations as well.
The condo has wifi, heat/AC, a community pool and community basketball hoop as well.

Why they chose this property
When I finished up grad school at ASU and started my job search, I was looking to stay in the Valley. I had visited Scottsdale Community College as a grad student and was very impressed by the campus and culture. I was fortunate enough to get offered a job there so I decided to relocate from Tempe to Scottsdale.
When my agent showed me the Vista townhome, i knew it was the right place. It had a great layout that maximized the space, a private back patio and the location was perfect. After a few years I moved into a house, but in the same neighborhood as I could not bear to leave haha.

What makes this property unique
I loved how close it was to everything. I can walk to the park in only a couple minutes and walk around the lake, go for a jog, or do any number of things with all the space. I can ride my bike to Old Town Scottsdale to go to a bar, eat at a restaurant, or go to a festival. I can ride my bike or grab a cheap Uber and head to a baseball game during spring training. There is so much to do within a 2 mile radius of this place, it's insane!
