The unit is roughly 760 square feet, is very well maintained, stocked and professionally cleaned and serviced by a local property management company.

A roughly five-minute walk puts you to where the snow begins for a short glide to the base of what is affectionately referred to by locals as 'The Village' ski area. Don't want to make the trek in the snow? No problem; grab one of the shuttles that regularly come by the unit.

The condo is located a very short walk from Sundance Tennis and Swim Club to which you'll have full membership privileges during your stay! The club has tennis courts, an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and kid's pool. [Note: There are periods of non-operation in the 'off' seasons; please inquire if interested.]

The interior of our condo recently received a number of updates including a fresh coat of paint, two-inch wood blinds on all windows, new flooring throughout the kitchen, hall and bathroom, a 55" smart TV in the living room and 42" flat screen mounted on the bedroom wall.
