"Look at that view!” is the first thing guests marvel at when they step into the Copacabana. Wall to wall sliders put panoramic Gulf views and sunsets front and center in this 3-bedroom, newly renovated beachfront bungalow. This residence offers you everything you need for a perfect couples getaway. Located near Bonita Beach's only beachfront restaurant and water sport rentals (jet skis, paddle boards, etc), guests of the Copacabana are only a short walk away from local nightlife, restaurants, and beach activities. With new owners in 2018, the home has been furnished with all new furniture, bedding, linens, and tv's. The modern open concept features a well appointed new kitchen with Sub-zero and Wolf appliances, dining area for 8, and large family room with a new 75” HD Smart TV. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and full ensuite bathroom. A second king-sized bedroom and bunk room for 4 share a full bath with hallway access. There is an additional half bath located off the covered lower patio for easy access from the beach. You'll quickly realize why many guests book their return trip to the Copacabana before they even leave.

This home was perfect for our girls (and their moms) senior trip beach vacation: stunning views, so close to the water, spacious and modern living areas, friendly and responsive hosts, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, and more. Bonita Springs has many restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream places to enjoy as well! I would highly recommend the Copacabana in Bonita Springs for your stay!

Location is excellent! Views were amazing! Beautiful sunsets! Rooms were very spacious and clean! Beach chairs, umbrella, and plenty of towels, were so wonderful to have on location. The only downside to our stay was the lack of hot water. It didn’t stop us from having a great time though.

Incredible view and access to Bonita Beach! Every part about the stay was pleasant from the check in/out process to the well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable and everything was nice a clean. There were plenty of beach chairs and towels for the adults and toys for kids of all ages. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful beach view and lots of seating. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. Several beach chairs, lounge chairs, umbrellas and toys. Even had a separate refrigerator in garage. They provided dish soap and trash bags, among other things. Well stocked kitchen but drawers needed a cleaning. There was a peach pit in with the serving utensils. It was close to the public beach access and Docs so you had to get your chairs out early or there wouldn’t be space directly in front of house. Also seemed like some water damage was on the walls (sagging paint)and the filters and vents needed a deep clean. Otherwise great stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house is exactly as it looks in the photos. The ocean is steps away from the back door. You can slide open all the doors and have it completely open and hear the ocean sounds. It was heavenly for me and my brother. The owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Our family absolutely loved this location. It was perfect and had many extras for us. The view is simply amazing once you come up the steps. The fire pit was a great bonus to enjoy in the evenings. We will definitely be back.

Lots of towels, nice comfy beds, nice clean bathrooms , all you need in kitchen. No ice maker There is no walk out balcony upstairs. The view is incredible. Downstairs is just the pass through and out to table, bbq and beach . Everything is easy and great seating in living room. Photos are exact . Great stay .

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property is wonderful. The view of the beach and ocean when you first enter and climb the stairs is breath taking. The house was well decorated and very comfortable. We planted ourselves in the rocking recliners facing the beach every night and watched the sunset. The location is perfect for access to the beach and several restaurants. All areas of the home were immaculate. We have already booked next year's stay!

Location was great - it was great to walk right out to the beach! Host was responsive and gracious. Only notes: all the bedrooms and kitchen are upstairs so pack lightly. Also, listing will charge you a refundable damage deposit of 500 but host team's recordkeeping will not show it as refundable. I sent them an email with documents showing that the receipt reflects a refundable deposit, and they have not addressed and it has been over a week. Other than this, the stay was lovely.
