Island getaway includes a 2 bed/2 bath villa in Resort World Bimini Bay. This very spacious 3rd. floor villa offers 1 King size bed as well as 2 Twin beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Great location, it is minutes away from anywhere on the resort!!! Just a few steps away from the ocean, beach, and amenities such as the Casino, Restaurants, Pools, Marinas, and much, much more! This is an amazing opportunity to enjoy beautiful sunsets with incredible nighttime breezes on the breathtaking island of Bimini!!

40 ft. slip available in the Fishermen's Village at an additional cost

The unit is equipped with the following:

A master bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom + TV (Google TV)

A Guest bedroom with two twin beds + TV (Google TV)

A living room with a pull-out queen sofa bed + TV (Google TV)

A second Full bath with a Bathtub for Guest Bedroom and living room.

Fully equipped kitchen.

Fully furnished spacious balcony overlooking the bay.

PLEASE NOTE:
Check IN: 4:00 pm, at the HOA Office in Fisherman's Village. If you arrive after hours; check-in will be in the Main Gate security office.
Check Out: 11:00 am, leave the keys in the unit.

Very Clean Very Convenient

This is a very nice place to stay. Clean and Convenient to anywhere you need to go. Nice pool and access to beach. Hilton is just right around the corner.

Fun Getaway

Cleanliness was the main concern - I got the feeling that maybe they were interrupted during cleaning. There were no complimentary soaps or anything. Only one trash bag and we ran out of toilet paper on the last day. We were leaving so I didn’t say anything. Also the condo was really far from the marina.

The villa was spectacular!

The villa is on the third floor so you get incredible water views from the large outdoor patio. It is very spacious, equipped with everything that you might need, and very clean & luxurious. It has a large master with a king bed, twins in the second bedroom & a comfy pull-out sofa in the living room. It is very close to the mega-yacht marina & pool and the Hilton Hotel and Casino. We rented golf carts from the hotel & drove all around the resort. We went to the infinity pool, the beautiful Luna Beach, the other marina, the gorgeous Hilton Hotel & Casino and sight seeing within the resort. We also left the resort & went (on golf cart) into Alice town. There we had the best conch salad at a roadside stand called Joe's. We visited the straw market & bought some souvenirs. We later took a cooling dip at Radio Beach. Unfortunately, we were only there for the weekend. We could have stay for weeks! All in all, we will definitely return to Bimini Bay & will only stay at this villa!!!

Sweet Bimini trip

Property and boat slip were in excellent condition. View from the balcony was a great addition to our morning coffee. Great furnishings and very responsive host. We can't wait to get back.

The property host, Theresa is amazing! She always responded right away with answers to my questions and worked with us when we needed to change our dates due to bad boating weather. I would definitely recommend her place. It’s perfect for a family of 4.

Perfect Place

The condo is exactly as pictured. Very clean and perfect for our trip. Do make sure you get a Golfcart if you have a lot of stuff to carry. Close to the hotel and marina. Teresa was very responsive and helpful through the whole process!

Worst Vacation we have ever had!

First, I should say that not all of the problems we had were with this rental. Major flight delays & weather were to blame also. But, I do just want to make everyone aware that this entire resort property is not kept up like you see in pictures or they claim. It has a vacant & general ran down feel to it so, if your thinking about a vacation in Bimini I would think twice. And, whatever you do, DO NOT fly on Silver Airways if you do go. But, back to the unit, we missed checking in at the HOA office because of our delayed flight so after getting keys from security we walked into a dirty unit. Not very pleasant at all. The manager did respond immediately and sent someone over to clean & for that i was grateful but it was so late. The dryer in the unit doesn’t work very well so, she was done cleaning at 10 but had about two more hours of drying linens left. To keep her from staying with us until midnight with her 6 year old, I told her to leave and I finished drying everything and made all the beds up. There wasn’t a sheet set available for the pull out couch. The sofa is absolutely filthy dirty and needed a sheet or cover just to be able to sit on it. There are absolutely NO supplies available. We were left with half a roll of toilet paper in 1 bathroom and none in the other. I knew we would have to get some supplies for the stay once there but this was a little extreme. It isn’t easy to get anywhere so, getting to the store is an adventure. There were no paper towels, no cleaning agents for spot cleaning, nothing. The community pool wasn’t kept up well either, there was algae on sides and bottom & needed a good vacuum job. Definitely not a place I would recommend or return to.

We had an amazing experience in Bimini and this unit made it perfect. Check in thru the Hilton was seamless. Once at the unit we found it clean and ready for our weekend in paradise. The views from both porches was amazing being on the third floor. The power did go out one afternoon / evening for a few hours, but it was on the WHOLE island which is normal for this area so we worked around it. We used all the amenities including the Hilton roof top pool, Luna Beach and the infinity pool in the "owner's only" area. We rented a golf cart which made the island exploring easy. We can't wait to go back!

Teresa's place is awesome!

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa is nicely decorated, neat, clean and functional. We slept great in very comfortable beds. Located in the heart of the best of North Bimini, we were very close to the beach, marina, pool, casino, bars and restaurants. There are great views from the balcony, and awesome sunsets right across the street! Teresa is very friendly and helpful. We will be back!
