Unwarranted claim for damages, loud machinery

Shortly after we got a home we were unpleasantly surprised by a claim for damages. Apparently some moist had damaged a window sill was in the bathroom. Who has a bathroom that can’t handle a bit of moist? And has the nerve to charge hundreds of euros to get it fixed? We got in touch with VRBO about this and are still waiting for an answer. It is a classic tactic of not bothering to reply and hope we will let it slide eventually and pay for it. In the attic above the master bedroom is a loud ventilator that keeps going 24/7, yet another example of bad engineering. More noise? O yes, outside next tot the terrace is another machine chugging away. Why not has t this installed in the shed next to the house, where no one can hear it? We paid a lot money for our stay and expected to have some well deserved peace and quiet, without any hassle.

Maison spacieuse avec un espace pour chacun, grand jardin agréable pour les jeux en extérieur. Piscine de bonne taille pour se rafraîchir. Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine.

Belles vacances malgré les pluies d'été.

Maison de vacances magnifiquement équipée avec de magnifiques chambres au premier étage, un beau salon et une cuisine bien équipée. La piscine chauffée, bien protégée pour les enfants, dans le grand jardin bien entretenu, nous a permis de nager un peu tous les jours, malgré une pluie souvent maussade. Accueil chaleureux et réponse rapide aux questions par e-mail ou par téléphone !

Excellent séjour dans cette belle propriété qui a beaucoup de charme et un esprit "maison de famille

Nous étions 5adultes et 5enfants et chacun a pu y trouver son coin d'intimité. La terrasse est extrêmement sympathique à vivre. Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée, le grand jardin doté de jeux de plein air que les enfants ont adorés. Propriété très bien entretenue et Propriétaire soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

mooie allesomvattende woning en tuin met zwembad

Prachtige woning, rustig gelegen in een zeer mooie en grote tuin. Een warm welkom door de buren (vrienden van de eigenaar). Het huis is heel gezellig en gerieflijk ingericht. Alle comfort is aanwezig. Zalig zwembad met zonneterras. Toen bleek dat het rolluik van het zwembad beschadigd was doordat het waterpeil van het bad te laag was (door de extreme hitte) heeft de buurman zijn uiterste best gedaan, het water bijgevuld en het ons toch mogelijk gemaakt om het zwembad te blijven gebruiken. Alle lof ! Het huis is een absolute aanrader.

Magnífica casa en un entorn fantástic

La casa es una antiga granja reformada amb gust i personalitat. L'equipament és completíssim, fins i tot molt per sobre de l'esperat. Habitacions grans, lluminoses i netes. L'exterior és espléndid, amb molt de terreny, un hort, piscina amb aigua tèbia, ping-pong, llit elàstic, porteries de fútbol... Una casa que agafan ganes de quedar-s'hi tot el dia!!! Tranquila però no aïllada (cosa que nosaltres sempre agraïm). Molt ben conectada per moure's i poder descobrir fàcilment la regió. Vivament recomenable. La maison est une ancienne ferme réformée avec goût et personnalité. L'équipement est complet, même bien au-dessus de prévu. Chambres spacieuses, lumineuses et propres. L'extérieur est splendide, avec beaucoup de terrain, un jardin, une piscine avec eau chaude, tennis de table, lit élastique, gardiens de foot ... Une maison pour y rester là toute la journée! Calme mais pas isolé (quelque chose que nous apprécions toujours). Très bien connecté pour se déplacer et découvrir facilement la région. Vraiment recommandable.
