Host a large group with privacy, laundry access, plenty of space and upscale amenities to unwind and relax! This option has 4 large suites with en suite bathrooms that can accommodate up to 16 guests. Each suite has a unique code entry, elevator access, and TV with DirecTV programming. Tournament attendees and sports teams welcome!

Casa VanBauer is an exclusive, intimate, upscale, fun stay for you and your crew only 8 miles to LakePoint Sports and 2 miles from the lake beach and marina. Casa is a different experience when traveling for tournaments, leisure or business in the N. Metro Atlanta area.

Suites description and location:
3rd Floor: (all suites in this floor are similar in size)
The Single Suite- Full size bed (up to 4 guests with queen air-mattress add-on option)
The Double Suite- Queen size bed (walk-in shower feature) (up to 2 guests)
The Jr. Suite- Queen bed, twin bed and twin bed trundle (up to 4 guests)

4th Floor- The Executive Suite: 900 sq. ft. (up to 6 guests)

Casa VanBauer is a magnificent gated 4 story family home that sits in 2.5 professionally landscaped acres. It has various suites and buildings. Five of its suites are rented for weekend getaways, weekly and monthly rentals. Although other guests may be on the property you will have exclusive access to included amenities.

Registered guests enjoy access to the year round opened salt-water pool, Jacuzzi and theater. Special event and group rentals for the common areas are also available. Contact host for more information.

Casa VanBauer is the property to be at for great getaways, work, sports tournaments or smooth life transitions. Very private sleeping quarters. The pool area, firepit and grounds are the focal point for gatherings and community. Beautiful Georgia weather makes it possible to enjoy the luscious surroundings for a large part of the year. This is an exclusive private property and a one-of-a-kind custom made home.

Beautiful Home with Lots of Space!

Beautiful home for any large group. We went to a conference in Atlanta and this was a nice and relaxing home to come back to! Would stay here again!

Great location to LakePoint Sports complex

Beautiful property/neighborhood close to LakePoint. Jose & Hannah were very welcoming, nice, took pride in their home and were readily available for assistance. While the accommodations were comfortable and clean the listing is a bit misleading as aVRBO. There were multiple AirBnB renters sharing the property and amenities such as the pool and theatre. The grill can be used if you supply your own propane tank, the laundry was accessible for a $5/load suggested donation, owners needed to be contacted for the hot tub to be turned on, we did not have complete control over the thermostat & in a house that can sleep 16 there were only 2 lounge chairs at the pool. We did enjoy our stay and would return despite our initial disappointment that this was not like our previous, truly private VRBO rentals.

We're glad that you would return to stay! Thank you for your comments and observations. There are two other spaces in the property for rental- the flat and studio. All areas have their own private entrance, parking, kitchens, suites and living areas. These other areas house up to 4 guests and they have access to the pool and outside grounds. We provide a smoker and an outdoor event size griddle by the pool that is hooked up to gas we provide. In addition, we do provide a coal grill as well as a separate gas grill for guest use for which fuel must be provided. Due to the current crisis situation, the lounge chairs have been on back order. Our apologies if there was any inconvenience. In addition to the 2 lounge chairs we do provide an outside sofa (sits 3) and 12 pool chairs. Yes, the house has many smart features that must be accessed via app. We access them and set to the guests' liking as a service to our guests to not cause inconvenience, frustration or costly technical calls. We appreciate your comments and will take them under review for continuous improvement. Safe travels and see you in future visits tp the area!

We had a 3 nigh reservation which we had planned to have our wedding ceremony at but were informed that due to Covid-19 we could not have over 40 people so we had to scramble to make alternate plans for our ceremony venue which was quite upsetting. When we did stay the beds were uncomfortable which is hard to believe when renting a mansion you'd think the bedding would be the most comfotable there is.

Awesome Property & Owners!

The property and owners were great! For our wedding weekend, we had our wedding party stay here and had our rehearsal dinner on the back patio area. Our wedding party raved about the property. We enjoyed the large space for our group and the pool area the most. The location was perfect and close to our venue. The owners, Jose & Hanna, were very available to turn on the hot tub, provide an additional air mattress so our group slept comfortably, and even chat with us a little. Overall, our stay was awesome and one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Highly recommend!!

Hanna is a graduate of Georgia State University and has served in various local, state and national leadership positions. She's a public speaker and serial entrepreneur with a passion for helping businesses and individuals achieve their goals both in the private and non-profit sector. Primarily, she's a mom and absolutely in love with her little ones! This aspect of the hospitality industry is one of her latest ventures as she seeks to be innovative in adding value to travel experiences in her hometown.

Jose is a graduate of Univertity of Central Florida and is an avid analyst with a background in telecommunications. He is passionate about baseball and has served as Little League coach. He loves to share his passion for sports with others and seeks to continue to grow the positive impact of athletics with the youth. He loves to see the world and to welcome the world to his world!

It was so unique, different and with so much opportunity! This home was perfect due to its location, space and house distribution for our family. The pool and flat yard gave ample space for our kids and their friends to play. The inside layout gave the foundation for the vision and provided many opportunities to support not only our growing businesses but help out non-profits and other entrepreneurs with meeting space. This was the perfect place to host trainings, parties, backyard grilling and outside movies. It is very private with great meeting spaces for family and hosting gatherings.

When you stay with us, not only will you be staying in one of Acworth's premier residences with deeply rooted owners, but you will be supporting our mission to serve others with community as we continue to engage hearts through service and love... the global heartbeat.

The grounds are stunning. The view of the backyard as the sun sets is breath-taking. The trees and wind make a special melody that for a few moments you feel so in touch with yourself and the world surrounding you. It is a great place to be inspired, learn and have fun with family and friends. The pool and spa are invigorating as well as the many gathering spots throughout the property. The inside movie theater has reclining seats and it's great to host traininngs, Friday nights or Sports watch parties with other guests.
