The beach is just a 5 minute drive away from this cozy condo with 13 foot atrium ceiling in main living area and lots of window space. Completely furnished with all new furniture. Air conditioning wall unit will keep you cool if temperatures rise. Comfy day bed with pull out trundle. Large mirrored chest of 6 roomy drawers., and wall length closet space in bedroom. Large screen TV with internet and Netflix available in open airy livingroom with couch, love seat and accent chair. Exterior entrance with open ended enclosed porch. Parking lot directly outside condo for convenience. Laundry facility conveniently located down the walk in the same building. Perfect for a local to the Grand Rapids area person who wants a summer beach place to stay at. This is unique in that we rent by the month, allowing for discounted pricing.

Beautiful condo!

This condo is very Nice! The neighborhood is very nice and only a mile from the water. It's spotless and very cute!! We stayed for 2 months there while we worked and highly recommend! The host is very accommodating, not that we needed ANYTHING. The condo is fully stocked!

Why they chose this property

This is a unique, exterior entrance upper unit set close to the beach (5 min. drive), that has an airy atrium ceiling with glass windows at the side. It has new cabinets and windows. I got it for such a great price, and it has so much potential for adding more to it in order to make it absolutely perfect. It has a lovely quaint flower garden area at the foot of the stairs. The neighbors are quiet and respectful. This town has so much to offer. I love riding my scooter in the summer to get to most places I need to go in town. The beach is close, and I can run down to watch a sunset and be back home all within a half hour's time. What's more to desire in a home? :)

What makes this property unique

Close to one of the most beautiful fresh water beaches around. All needed amenities are less than a 5 minute drive away. Many summer activities and venues offer fun events throughout the summer season. This can be a home away from home for those not so close to the lakeshore who want a summer "cottage" experience without the outlay of funds needed to purchase such.
