I am a Father of 2 Beautiful Children and Husband to a wonderful woman from Virginia. I grew up on the water in and around Lafitte, LA all of my Life. Lifelong New Orleanian! I graduated from LSU in the early 2000's and I work in a technology related field.
Why they chose this property
This property is amazing for people who love to Fish and the outdoors. The property also offers a very safe and relaxing change of pace for tourists visiting New Orleans. Come experience Bayou Life just 30 minutes from the city. Perfectly located between 3 fishing marinas and on 3.2 acres. The property will be waterfront to a 6,000 acre lake (The Pen) by June 2018.
What makes this property unique
The property is 14ft off the ground to protect it from floods that tend to happen during Hurricane season. The house is located in a very quiet area full of friendly and vibrant people. Its truly a Sportsman's Paradise!
