Four bedrooms each with King beds, Serta Icomfort mattress and three full baths. Cathedral ceiling living room has huge windows to enjoy beautiful views. The dining room offers seating for 8 and opens to outdoor living with covered area and deck. Great for grilling and eating outside. Separate TV room offers a place to recline and relax.

The Kitchen offers island seating and is equipped with double oven, stove top, dishwasher and lots of amenities to enjoy your stay. Inner courtyard is a great place to start the day with a cup of coffee.

Brew your coffee or use the Keurig.

This property is perfectly located in the Chapel area. It is convenient to the shops and dining in the Village of Oak Creek as well as Uptown and 89A. Easy access to great hiking. Beautiful red rock views. Enjoy!

My family of six adults had a great stay. The house is spacious for everyone to come together and to have some quiet time as well. The kitchen is well stocked with all the gadgets needed to prepare meals. The location is close to Sedona without being in the middle of it all. We had hiking, shopping, and restaurants close by. It was very quiet and the stars at night were beautiful. Thank you!

I highly recommend this centrally located rental. It was great for our girls trip of 5. Spacious and we were able to walk to both cathedral rock and holy chapel from the home.

We loved the Cougar House and the neighborhood. Sunset walks in the neighborhood gave us stunning views of the sunlit mountains. The house was well stocked with more things than many other vacation homes. Even butter and coffee!! Communication with Lisa was excellent. She always replied immediately. We could walk to the chapel and the Easy Breezy and Cathedral trails. It’s a short drive to other amenities. So a perfect location. One thing that did not affect us, but would affect someone who is mobility challenged, is that there are many steps (eg sunken living room, steps into one bedroom) indoors and out. If that is not an issue for you, this is the perfect home.

I had a great stay with adult friends. This was a great launching point for hikes in their area, and to drive into downtown Sedona. The house itself was as pictured, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

House was Clean, only thing I would like to of seen in the kitchen was an air frier. Otherwise it was well stocked, with all items you would need. Views were nice, you could even walk to them, if you are up for a hike. We did both.Front patio was the best place to hang out to enjoy. Thank you Lisa.

This was the perfect location for the 4 of us high school friends to come together and relax. We each had our own king size bed and the space was so comfortable. Several restaurants to pick from and beautiful views.

DeRoy and I enjoy the outdoors. We have two veterinary hospitals. One is an equine facility and the other small animal hospital. We enjoy competing with our horses.

Why they chose this property

We had been visiting Sedona regularly for several years and in 2015 pondered the idea of purchasing a property to enjoy. We wanted a property conveniently located with beautiful views in a peaceful area which offered outdoor living. It took several years to find this property. Since we weren't ready to relocate we liked the idea of sharing the property with others to enjoy. The vacation rental seemed like a great match.

What makes this property unique

This property is perfectly located in the Chapel of the Holy Cross area. It is convenient to the shops and dining in the Village of Oak Creek as well as Uptown and 89A. Easy access to great hiking.
