Lois and Scott are offering their guests lots of extras that come with this home. Only 5 years old, the home is all new throughout, new kitchen (fully stocked), new deluxe appliances, granite countertops, new bathroom/fixtures, and all new furnishings throughout. FREE WiFi, enclosed outdoor shower, washer/dryer, central air/heat, and gas grill. There is parking for 6 vehicles (private driveway), on a private street w/ semi-private beach access, approximately 350 feet from the beach, with no busy streets to cross. The crows nest and decks offer great views of the ocean and sound w/ spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Only a few minutes to Oregon Inlet and Bodie Island light house.

PLUS.....Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, Corn hole set, 6 bikes, hammock, etc. all for you to use at no extra charge.

Another Great Year at Ocean Oasis

My husband Scott and I have enjoyed vacationing on the Outer Banks with our 3 sons since they were young. In the spring of 2018 we bought the perfect home in south Nags Head that we plan to retire to one day. Lois is a portrait and landscape photographer, and enjoys walking on the beach and photographing the beauty of the Outer Banks. Scott enjoys playing golf and often invites friends and clients to play. He is looking forward to playing on the many fabulous courses in the area.

Why they chose this property

We chose this home because South Nags Head has so much to offer. The beaches are quiet and family friendly, yet close enough to many fabulous restaurants and shops. Our beach house is located on a quiet street with semi-private beach access available only to the guests of our neighborhood "Goose Wing". The bike path stretches the whole length of south Nags Head, offering a fun, family activity! There is nothing better than to wake up and enjoy a cup of coffee out on the deck and watch the sunrise over the ocean. Hearing the waves crash on the shore makes it that much more awesome!

What makes this property unique

Being right at the beach is spectacular! Just 350 feet and you are "in the
water". The semi-private beach access means the beach is less crowed and you can spread out and enjoy the beach with a game of volleyball, touch football or frisbee without having to worry about encroaching on other people. The views here are amazing with the sunrise over the ocean and watching the dolphins cruise up and down the shoreline every morning. Enjoy the sunset on the deck after a fun day at the beach, and at night there is nothing like going to sleep hearing only the waves crashing on the shore. It truly is relaxing.
