A perfect summer getaway spot! The home is located on a quiet road and there is a dock available down some stairs from the porch. We loved the little farm stand with various local products and produce! Very clean condition and the a/c was a welcome necessity on the 90 days.
George and Georgia were amazing hosts. The house was amazing with views of the water and the opportunity to view the scenes of Sodus Bay. Five out of Five would book again, and would highly recommend to anybody considering to stay here to book ASAP! The orchards are amazing and the house is wonderful!
George and his mother were wonderful hosts. We were very impressed to learn they are apple farmers as well. Very nice view and great dock. We enjoyed all the bay had to offer.
George’s property was beyond what we expected. The cleanliness, location, organization and his tentativeness was 10 out of 10. THIS is THE place to stay if you want to get away.
We had an amazing time at this property. Perfect location, and what a beautiful home. A quintessential early-20th century New York lake camp house complete with original woodwork and craftsmanship but added modern amenities. My group included myself, my husband, and my mother in law. It was plenty of space and full of charm. Highly recommended!
We had a great time. We had a family gathering, 9 people, and my sister rented a pontoon boat. No problem with dock access and we grilled dinner. There is outside dining, ample room inside and central air.
We came to enjoy a week of fishing - Dads, sons, & Friends. Dock was perfect to fit 3 boats. Host was very responsive and accommodating. The stairs to the one bedroom were very steep, but manageable. It was a climb up from the dock, but worth it to have our boats accessible.
I’m so glad the weather was perfect for this trip! The house was clean, and the property was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the sounds of the bay. There were a few decent restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed an afternoon at Chimney Bluffs and an afternoon at Sodus Point. Great place! It’s a tiny bit snug for my family of 5, and there’s no washer or dryer, but it’s a great place anyway.
We greatly enjoyed our stay here, especially the peaceful setting. The location right on Sotus Bay is excellent.
One thing to note is that the house was built in the 1880s and, with the charm also comes the building standards back then. Particularly, the staircases are steep and narrow and one of our elderly guests and a difficult time navigating them.
We had such a great time! My granddaughters loved fishing and swimming off the dock. They didn’t want the week to end! We loved the guest house and all it’s charm.

Cute, cozy and comfortable
The home is well set up and has the old school charm of the 1800s with the modern convenience of 4 bathrooms.
The Bay is perfect for boating and water sports and there are many marinas and restaurants around the bay to choose from.
The home is on the water, but there is a large hill and steep stairs to get down to the dock and small beach.
Thank you Georgia your home is beautiful !!
