This bathroom also allows hall access. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room which allows this unit to sleep 8 people comfortably. *******Hot Springs Marina is 1/2 mile down the road, and they will allow you to use their launch for a $15 fee in order to put your boat in the water when you get there and pull it out when you leave. They also offer stall rentals. There is not a dock at the property. THERE IS NO BOAT OR TRAILER PARKING AVAILABLE AT THIS PROPERTY.
