This renovated 750 square foot studio apartment sleeps two, is air-conditioned and includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room, and sleeping area with 1 bath. Wifi, Roku enabled TV, hairdryer, kitchenware, toaster and coffee maker are provided with rental. We have lovely mature flora, very large trees, a grotto and architectural hardscape features. Inquire about using the large blue-stone patio at the main house. Wander around and look at the features and check out our large vegetable garden! A very park-like feel. Other outside amenities include parking, swing set, and open spaces to play football, soccer, or just run around. For an additional fee this large apartment can accommodate 1-2 more on a sofa and/or owner supplied elevated full size air mattress.
