Jungle & Beach Villa 1 provides excellent accommodations for a family or 3 couples. Rather than staying in a hotel with limited space, our beautiful two story home is a great vacation rental .Located in the quiet en of town , with not traffic . At only one and half block off the beach, and 11 blocks to 'downtown' Puerto Morelos.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und das Haus liegt sehr ruhig

Das Haus war schön groß für uns alle. Alles war vorhanden, sogar Wasser wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Haus hat einen schönen Vorgarten und wir konnten jeden Tag kleine Geckos beobachten, die im Garten lebten. Sogar zwei Nasenbären liefen durch unseren Garten. Das war ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Haus wurde frisch gestrichen und sah wirklicn einladend aus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful Jungle Retreat

The Jungle Beach Villa was situated right next to the jungle in a quiet off the track neighborhood. The third floor bedroom had a patio with great birdwatching. there is a magnificent Mango Tree towering above the villa. You can see the ocean from both balconies as you are surrounded by palms. The second floor bed was very comfortable. The first floor bed was hard. Unfortunately the air conditioning in the living room was broken and was not able to be fixed during our stay. The front patio was a beautiful spot to hang out and nice and cool. Our hostess was wonderful and prompt whenever we needed her help. I ended up renting a car which made it more convenient for trips to town, but the taxi service is prompt. There is great walking or biking as the road is shaded most of the time. The beach is close and quiet. Unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed. I would definitely stay there again.

Property description not accurate

Property was not as close to beach as described because there were no "cut thrus" so you had to walk all the way around several buildings to get to the beach. Had a crazy coffee maker that we finally figured out how to use on our last day. Someone kept parking right at our gate which was rather unsettling. I guess for the price it was ok but it is not close to beach or central square.

Worst property ever!

Not anything like the description. Mostly because: it is way further away from beach, items did not work, no supplies. Major problem with Black Mold. Host ignored us.

Wonderful

This was a great place,very clean and organized the woman who let us into the villa was very helpful and patient as we never showed up until 9 pm so she spent most of her day waiting for us due to flight issues we showed up very late and she happily let us in and showed us around.I give this place a great review and look forward to booking again.
