A 160-sq. m wooden contemporary architect house for 5 people maximum, built according to passive houses requirements.
On the ground floor splendid kitchen, independent Lounge with big TV and many board-games, ind. relaxation area transformed into teleworking area, separate bedroom with a 160-cm bed, and a shower room and a toilet.
Upstairs: a separate bedroom with 1 bed of 160 cm, a separate bedroom with two 90-cm beds. There also is a shower room and a toilet. There is a terrace upstairs and on the ground floor. The private garden is fitted with garden furniture. There is a private parking, a TV, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a freezer, a combined refrigerator, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. The house is located 500meter away from the sea, 1 km from the first beaches and 2 km from the shops at the Pink Granite Coast, between Perros Guirec and Trebeurden.

Holiday is an essential way to revitalise. Paradoxically, sometimes the ones that we love or appreciate and with whom we want to go on vacation (family, relatives or friends) could be hardly bearable in a regular house along the stay. I also designed the Villa Bi-Famille, as the name says it all.
