Equipment

The house includes: a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an office, 4 bedrooms including two parental suites with shower room and WC as well as a separate bathroom.

Outside, you will enjoy a fully enclosed garden including a 45m2 heated swimming pool, a south-facing covered terrace with a large bay window and a second large south-east facing terrace with a dining area, a barbecue and garden furniture.

You also have a private garden on which are installed a badminton court and a pétanque court. Finally, you benefit from a closed private car park to park your car.
