The stunning 7 mile beach is home to the famous Nippers Bar and Grill - just a stroll away from the Nauti Mermaid. Just off the beach is a vast and gorgeous coral reef teaming with fish and marine life.

We fell in love with the laid back lifestyle of Guana Cay and the great people there! The mode of transportation is by golf cart , ferry or boat. The town is simple yet offers everything you could want, the ocean is at your doorstep. It is safe, quiet, family oriented and the ideal place to Rest and Recharge!

What makes this property unique

Beach access path, ocean breezes, walk to village, restaurants , harbor, ferry, beach and more. Full kitchen, new furnishings in 2025. Eco-friendly with all the amenities of home. Fully automatic standby generator powers cottage in power failures.
