Well equipped home is less than 10 minutes from beautiful Hamptons beaches and 20 minutes from south shore wineries. South of the highway location in Hampton Bays on 1/2 acre in quiet private community is perfect for families.

Four furnished bedrooms, including master bedroom with en suite, allow for you and guests to enjoy the best of your Hamptons visit.

The gem of this house is the massive backyard including heated swimming pool, fire pit, barbeque grill, and lounge chairs. On the deck, there is a six seater conversation set and table and chairs with seating for 8. Perfect spot for soaking up the sun, relaxing after a day at the beach or toasting a marshmallow. Pool is open May through mid October.

The house has everything necessary to make your stay comfortable and easy - linens, towels and the kitchen has all necessary tableware for cooking, grilling and dining. Home has WiFi throughout, and a flatscreen TV and a wood burning fireplace in the living room.

Located just minutes from fantastic nightlife including restaurants Cowfish, Rumba, and Dockers and local shops (grocery, coffee, wine & liquor etc). Also, just 8 miles from Shinnecock golf course and about 10 miles from some of the south shore wineries.

Review of Our Stay

The house and property are beautiful! The beach theme made me feel at home as I went to High School in this area and lived at the beach during the summer. Everything about this home is automated. Beginning with the front door, which you just have to enter a code that the owner provided to fthe pool heater that automatically went on in the morning. I would love to rent this property again!

A lovely stay

We had an amazing family vacation at this lovely Vrbo rental! The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach and situated in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and felt right at home. Mike is thoughtful, responsive. We have locked ourselves out on our first day. Thanks to Mike who is thinking ahead and having spare keys, which has added extra layer of convenience and peace of mind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

An Awesome Place to Stay!

We had an awesome time at Mike's house. It was centrally located to beaches and restaurants, which was so convenient. The pool was well maintained and was a great amenity to have. Mike was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. He gave great suggestions for local spots to check out.

Great family vacation!

Right from the start Mike was super informative and accommodating. He shared a ton of helpful info on the area, best beaches, restaurants, etc. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of six adults and babies. It is actually a four bedroom now which was perfect for us. The outdoor area in particular was amazing and exactly what we were looking for. Pool during the day, fire pit at night! The house was five minutes from the ocean beach and about seven minutes to the bay beach/cowfish area. It was perfect. We couldn't have had a better set up! Thank you Mike!

Great home away from home

We rented this property for the fall and it was a perfect home base while we ride out remote learning and work! The home is spacious and nicely decorated with a very comfortable living room and large bedrooms. The fenced backyard, pool, and patio are lovely and well maintained; unfortunately it was frequently too cold or raining to take full advantage, but we did our best. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for kids to ride bikes or scooters around and the private community bay access makes for a nice walking destination. It's a quick drive to the public beach and into town for groceries or a bite to eat. Mike was super responsive and easy to communicate with. All and all, it was just what we needed and we'll happily rent there again!

Great stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house, garden and pool are very nice and very clean and located in a nice neighborhood. Everything is made to make the stay enjoyable for guests. The owner regularly checks in to ensure everything is going well. I strongly recommend the house for a family. Our kids loved the house and the pool!

July 2019 vacation

We visited from the UK in July 2019. The property was well maintained and well appointed in a very nice neighbourhood. Everything was provided for convenience and comfort. The pool was a very good size in pretty gardens and regularly cleaned. Michael was on hand to help with any questions and gave plenty of information to ensure an enjoyable vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his property and would highly recommend it

A gigantic pool & beautiful backyard

The house is clean and comfortable, well equipped with everything we need for a great vacation. The deck, backyard, and most importantly, the pool are fabulous.
