Apartment in Biltmore Village - Close to Biltmore Estate and Mission Hospital
Welcome to your home away from home, close to the Biltmore Estate and Mission Hospital. We have previously rented short term but now have gone to monthly rentals. Stay a month, 6 months, or even a year.
This newer addition/apartment is connected to our primary residence but separated by 6 ft hallway/double doors for privacy/security and completely separate entrance. No shared walls. We are available if you need us, otherwise we keep to ourselves. The apartment is approximately 600 sq ft, very spacious with vaulted ceilings. We provide pretty much everything you would need for a long weekend or a month if you prefer. We do provide starter toilet paper, laundry detergent etc, but additional supplies needed are the responsibility of the guest. An added note...we do the cleaning ourselves so to be certain the space is as clean as we would want for ourselves. We take pride in our cleanliness.

I grew up in Asheville and Jim has lived in Asheville most of his life. We bought our home in 1984, it is an older home with much charm (built in 1926).
We started our family here and have raised our daughters and now granddaughters here too, they all live close by. The mountains of Western North Carolina are so beautiful, we couldn't imagine living anywhere else. Now we've added on to share.

We are convenient to all Asheville offers with many surrounding towns with lots of charm. The Parkway and mountain exploration is a short drive away.
What makes this property unique
While we are behind Biltmore Village, it's much quieter than you could imagine. Walk to eateries and breweries, many nearby.
