Excellent chalet

A lovely chalet located close to telecabin with magnificent views of the mountains. The chalet was well appointed and large enough for a family. Maj and Carsten were friendly and responsive hosts. We were sad to leave Chalet Le Cairn.

Great chalet, prime location. Spacious, newly renovated, short 2-300 mtr. walk to shops, train, lift, ice skating rink etc. Overall 4,7 of 5.

Wir haben Mitte Oktober eine sonnige Woche in den Bergen verbracht. Das Chalet bietet genug Platz für 8 Personen und ist sehr schön gelegen. Die Möglichkeit die nahegelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel mit dem Touristenticket zu benutzen ist sehr zu empfehlen.Die Gastgeber sind äußerst freundlich und besonders hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation ist schnell und direkt.Schöne GrüßeJonas

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour, le chalet était propre et à environs 10 minutes à pieds des remontées mécaniques Barboleuse ainsi qu'à 5 minutes à pieds de la gare pour aller à Villars lorsque la télécabine était fermée. Maj et Carsten répondent rapidement aux messages.

Chalet spacieux, bien placé

Chalet avec 4 grandes chambres et avec 2 terrasses (jolies vues) avec une grande table pour manger dehors. En plus un jardin où peuvent jouer petits enfants dans danger. Un chemin pédestre un peu raide mène en quelques minutes vers les magasins et la gare. A Barboleuse il y a beaucoup de randonnées à faire avec ou sans utilisation de télécabine ou transport. Un lieu et un chalet qu'on n'a pas envie de quitter. Nous reviendrons!

Fantastic chalet in beautiful location

We very much enjoyed our stay in Chalet le Cairn. The chalet itself is fantastic, well equipped, immaculately clean and has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. We have two young children (ages 7 and 10) and they enjoyed playing with the toys and games provided. The region is perfect for a family summer holiday. The ‘Free access card’ provided by the region gives access to numerous free activities and public transport including cable cars. We went to as many different places nearby as time permitted and enjoyed them all. Highlights included: The mini golf in Gryon: The swimming lake in Frience; and The funicular railway to Col de la Bretaye. The hosts were very friendly and good communicators. Overall, a fantastic place for a holiday and we look forwards to returning when possible.

parfait et chaleureux

Séjour fantisque, le chalet est très agréable en famille, bien équipé et ce y compris pour les enfants en bas age. Il est au pied des remontées mécaniques. propriétaires sont charmants. On reviendra.
