Great place for families!

This house had everything you could need. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, pool for the kids, hot tub for the adults, game loft, and a movie room! It was a little strange that one of the bedrooms was located in the pool area but that did make it a quiet room for the lite sleeper of our group. The house is in a neighborhood with lots of others very close by. However, the way its situated you can't see them when looking out the windows. Even the basement bedroom had a nice nature view. The couch in movie room was flaking and could use a replacement but other than that the furniture was fine. Enough pots and pans for us to cook meals. There was only parking for two vehicles but that was fine for us. Location was good, close to grocery and could easily access Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. We stayed busy on this trip but it was nice on down times to relax at the home and kids stayed entertained with the pool. Overall great clean place to stay. We will be coming back!

Movie Dive in is falling apart

The master bath tub looked all over the downstairs bedroom underneath when I took a bath the first night!!my daughter and her suitcase was hit with a gush of water from the leaking tub. We called maintenance and she said this has been an ongoing issue and has never been fixed properly! This is very dangerous! The grill did not work, the Susan was broken, the hot tub wasn’t working but maintenance fixed it. The pool was ice cold. The fireplace in master bedroom did not work. The light over the porch where hot tub is was broken! I have never had this many issues in a rental and I would really like a discount or some of my money back!!!!!! We paid way too much money to stay here with all these issues! We will never stay here again

Great place but needs some improvements

The property all together was great. The location was very convenient but does not match the listing. We had an issue with the main level tub flooding the downstairs bedroom but the property manager responded within the day. However nothing could be done about the problem until we left. Which is not necessarily a huge problem but it left a foul odor in the home while we were there. The property had plenty of space and nice accommodations. The pull out couch’s mattresses left a lot to be desired though. And the refrigerator leaked on the floor. Despite the issues that need immediate attention we would still return for another stay.

Family Vacation

Overall, the property was very nice. Very comfortable and great location. The furniture is worn and the downstairs sofa bed was broken. It said the temperature of the pool was 72° but it was colder than that. Mattresses on beds were OK, a little lumpy. Parking was a bit of a hassle with having three vehicles. There is parking for three, but the middle spot has an electric box in the middle of it. This would not stop me from staying at this house in the future.

Movie Dive Inn stay

Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely return. Really our only major complaint would be the driveway of the rental property. It has a large area in the middle of it of upraised dirt and asphalt where apparently some utility repairs/work had previously been done. This not only took up valuable parking space but turned into a muddy mess when it rained during our visit. We were there for our wedding and navigating around that in our nice clothes was a challenge in addition to having to park our vehicles in that stuff. Looking at Google maps street view, this torn up area has been present at least since April 2024 based on the image date and it would seem like Eden Crest would have had time to get this fixed before now. Hopefully that will happen soon so future guests don’t have to worry about it.

Close to town. The pool was very cold - kids adjusted but we could not. The sauna never got above 95, only one back heater and one leg heater worked. The driveway has significant damages whereby you cannot pull completely in - thankfully our car was not hit. Overall decent stay. Would likely stay again.

Some problems. Did not receive the entry code in a timely fashion because you were waiting for a copy of my driver license, which I was not aware was needed. We never found the community pool and when I called about it, I was told you didn't know where it was. Not sure we will return here in the future.

Great house!

This house offers everything for a great vacation. We had a family of 9 stay. It accommodated all of our needs. It was also very clean. Certain things in the house were in need of repair but not bad enough to spoil your stay. The pool was too cold to enjoy. Overall we would stay in this house again.

Cabin fun for everyone

This cabin has everything, it's so spacious & beautiful! It's a perfect place for families and/or large groups with guests of any and all ages! We spent many nights enjoying the theater room--a movie night, a comedy night, & a quiplash game night. The dining room table was perfect for family breakfasts & dinners and playing board games together! Management was easy to reach when needed & the free accommodations were great as well. We only had a few issues during our stay worth noting. Upon arrival, the main front door didn't close without using the deadbolt. So the doorknob itself and its lock just didn't catch/work, so we had to use the deadbolt always coming in/out of the house. Also, the door to the microwave was coming apart, so it had to be opened and closed very carefully. Additionally, when we arrived, the main floor master shower wasn't clean. We did notify management who noted maintenance wouldn't be able to make it out during our stay to fix the front door or microwave, but did offer to send someone out to reclean the shower. Unfortunately, though, that issue remained unresolved during our visit. There was also a weird musty kind of smell in the MF master tub area, so we didn't end up using it, which was unfortunate because the large jetted tub in front of the fireplace was definitely a draw & one of the more appealing features our cabin offered. Besides these issues, we were extremely happy with this property & enjoyed our time in Gatlinburg very much!

Family Christmas Vacation

Communication leading up to date of arrival was perfect. Upon arrival, the door to the pool room would not open. We called and a repair man was there in less than 30 minutes. Cabin was very nice. Very clean. This is a great set up for a family vacation . Our kids are all adults so each room with a private bathroom was perfect. Son in law said “we never ran out of hot water”! Kitchen was roomy, Grandma, grandkids, and their mom were able to make Christmas candy together. The indoor pool was a hit with the grandkids. They absolutely loved it. The safety features on the door leading to the pool are great. The air hockey table is about wore out, and the pool table is a little bit off center and pool ques are wore out. Furniture is very comfortable, but well worn. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and the customer service was top notch and it was well prepared and clean upon our arrival. The best thing I can say is, we would not hesitate to stay there again.

Had a great time in a great place. Place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Had a couple of issues when we first arrived but customer service was great and maintenance had everything fixed within the first hour. Location not right!

I planned my vacation around where this cabin was “located” instead of it being close to down town, so we could walk everywhere we wanted, it was a 12 minute drive away from where it said, which turned into 25-30 minutes counting traffic! The agents said they have been trying to get Vrbo to change the listing! I am planning on filing a dispute because it ruined our plans, and added unnecessary bourdon on our vacation! That is 100% false advertising! The Listing shows 4 min walk to the aquarium! I have the listing saved, screenshotted and sent out! The agent was no help with this and just blamed Vrbo. It’s the same as selling me a car, if you tell me the car is red, then I’m buying a red car! If it was blue then it would not be the same thing! There are Laws to protect us, from being bambozzled! And It is clear that that is exactly what’s happening! If you feel the need to contact me that’s great! If not you will be hearing from my associates! Good day!

Smoky Mountain adventure

The property was very nice and clean. The only disadvantage is the view was not what we expected.. all we could see from our back deck were other units due to this being a “house” community. If you are looking for seclusion and privacy this property is not for you.

Perfect vacation

This house was perfect for our stay! There were more than enough beds and’s all dishes were available. We brought our own keurig although they had an old school coffee maker. Maintenance came and fixed all issues. Will definitely be booking again!!
