Casa Ceiba Condominium is in a newer gated condominium complex with this unit being on the ground level, close to the beaches and the central shopping & nightlife areas. Located in the Playa Madera district between the famous La Ropa beach & El Centro. Playa Madera is a short two minute walk away, La Ropa beach is an 8-10 minutes walk. The town center, a short 5-8 minute stroll away, has a bustling, vibrant central food, farmers & artisans market with many local restaurants. The town beach has a fishermens' market. There is a central square which hosts many local sporting & cultural activities such as annual International Guitar Festival & Saifest.
The complex has a unique look with modern Mexican architectural influences utilizing tropical hardwoods, river stone accents and polished concrete. A great neighbourhood

We had a wonderful stay at Jeannie’s. She was very good to deal with and checked in to make sure everything was going well for us. La Madera area is our favourite area to stay at, close to the beach and everything in walking distance. We met some amazing people in the complex that made this our best trip yet. It’s hard to book back into the same place though as long term renters have first options. We hope one day in the future we will be done of those ourselves !!

Exceeded expectations

Had a really great week in Zihua, thanks in part to an excellent place to stay. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach, and no more than10 minutes to the heart of town and marina. The condo is very nicely equipped and quite comfy. While we didn't spend much time in the kitchen, you'd find anything you need. The bed is super comfy and the a.c. works flawlessly to keep you cool. Plumbing as good as we've seen anywhere in Mexico. The grounds are attractive, quiet and we felt completely safe in and around the complex. The few workers we saw were polite and helpful. We would (and will) 100% stay here again.

Great Owner Participation in the rental process. Assisting with initial questions and concerns in a timely manner. Owners, on-site Manager Jaqueline (Jackie) was just as helpful and assistive. Property was clean, fully stocked with expected utensils and wares and ready for my arrival. Jackie had a driver waiting for me at the airport as requested. Jackie also contacted me a couple of times during my stay to ensure everything was going as expected. This is a first floor condo, which means exterior windows are accessible from the outside of the condo complex. The windows are protected with security iron bars. The window issue was not an issue for me, but could be for some. All in all, excellent 1 Bedroom Condo with a great patio, next to the pool. Large closet with small safe for valuables. Total Condo inside footage about 1000 sq. ft. Patio 200 sq. ft. These are both an estimate. Great ownership and local management.I'll be using this unit anytime I am not in need of a large space.

Hidden paradise

From start to finish our stay at Jeannie and Paul’s condo was superb.We we’re very happy with the beauty, the coziness,the comfy bed,the kitchen ware was adequate.The condo owners were quick to respond.Ulises was great.He provided a very nice taxi service from the airport as well as has a laundry and tour business for your convenience.Location can’t be beat it is central to many restaurants,beach,touring and shopping.I would definitely recommend renting with Jeannie and Paul .Thankyou for sharing your paradise condo.

A very beautiful complex and condo, well equipped, nice bedding and towels, BUT 7 cases of Dengue inside the complex in 2 month, big red carpenter ants waking up at night, so a lot of poison sprayed by bedtime.... we moved out before time due to the Corona Virus....

Great ground floor condo in town!!

Nice location in Zihuatanejo and friendly atmosphere. Would definitely stay in this unit again. Owners were great to work with and quick refund of deposit. The property manager, Jackie, was there to greet us and show us the condo but then no interaction after that. It was not that we had any needs but another property manager for other units was there constantly communicating with guests. We were not told the check out process but the other property manager told us that Jackie should be there but she was not. So just left keys and headed to airport.

Wonderful

The suite is perfect. Full kitchen met all our needs to eat in when we wanted King bed was comfy. Outdoor patio for dinner. Walk right out into pool to cool down. Walk to town near many wonderful restaurants. Zihuatanejo is a charming magical town. Beaches are all walking distance or grab a combi (van). Zero complaints!!

Perfect place in a perfect area for a perfect vacation!

We just returned from our 14 night stay at Casa Ceiba in Zihuatanejo. Jeannie & Paul’s condo was perfect for us in a great area and close to all amenities Zihuat has to offer. This accommodation was very clean, tastefully decorated with Mexican treasures and vibrant colours. The condo was very well equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your time there. There are lots of options if you need ice, beer, pop, milk, etc. within a block or two. If you need groceries, there is a large Mega store about a 20-minute walk away. The pool was just steps outside this ground floor condo and well kept daily by the property maintenance staff. The property manager, Jacqueline, was very helpful with our stay from meeting us when we first arrived to give us the keys, showing us around and how everything worked and explaining the general complex rules. Naty the maid was very nice and cleaned the condo every Saturday during our stay. We mingled with the other owners and enjoyed their happy hour every day. If you are considering this property for your vacation, we highly recommend it. It is gated, secure and clean. The residents will welcome you and help with any questions you may have. Thanks to Jeannie and Paul for sharing your home with us. It was truly relaxing and a great place to recharge your batteries.

Great condo, great area, great vacation

I just returned from a 16 night stay at Casa Cieba. It's a lovely property and the condo is comfortable and well equipped. It is in a good area and was quiet and safe. Once you walk through the secure gates, you are in an oasis. It's an easy walk to the beach and a walk down Adelita, past all the great restaurants, brings you to the Playa Principal and the shopping area. You can also walk to the Soriana, the large grocery store. It's well stocked and I found everything I needed....and more. The people who live in the complex and other guests, were welcoming and helpful. The owners have done an excellent job on making their condo a home away from home. They have made improvements and are open to suggestions. My suggestion is that you book this place. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope to return next year. I brought way too many clothes. Wore less then half. It was muggy and I found that loose fitting dresses were best. There are many for sale there. Next time I'll leave room in the suitcase. Do bring at least two swim suits. Things take awhile to dry. There is a laundromat around the corner. Everything is convenient to this condo. One of the reasons I chose it. Am so happy I did. You will be too. Pat W.

We live in a small community in Minnesota and enjoy the outdoors and great beaches. Winter isn't our favorite time of year and puts a damper on our outdoor activities but this small piece of paradise affords us well when we feel the urge to get away from the snow.

Why they chose this property

We'd been coming to Zihuatanejo off and on for 15 years and enjoyed the beauty of it all and just being in the heart of the community with the locals. No large fancy hotels or malls. Very low crime rate and wonderful family oriented people all around.

What makes this property unique

We bought this condominium sight unseen, only pictures. As you can see it is beautiful. Though we love our home in Minnesota, this condo takes us right to the authentic beauty of Mexico.
