The Treat Guesthouse was wonderful for my little weekend away for one! The garden was perfect for reading and relaxing, is 100% private, and actually more spacious than I expected. Inside and out was spotless, lots of beautiful artful details. I had a little issue with the coffeemaker and the host came right over to help, totally exceeded expectations. Great restaurants in walking distance, safe neighborhood, and there is a bike share station an easy walk away. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely the best VRBO I have been in. Clean, pleasant, outstanding communication and a fantastic little property. The art and murals were also amazing. Bed was perfect, sheets were tight and clean, towels were upgraded, plenty of accessories in kitchen. Secure property in safe neighborhood. Walkable coffee shops and restaurants. Istvan was such an amazing host! He was friendly and laid back! We loved the Treat house! It was perfect walking distance from our friends house and we’ll be back! I loved the espresso machine! The bed was super comfy and he even had some softer blankets which I enjoy. The shower was great! Istvan even shared he did all the art workSuch a perfect place to stay on our visits to Tucson!

This is a lovely place to stay. It is set up as a large private efficiency space on the property of the main house. The decor is a combination of minimalist and modern. Beautiful finishes, well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom/shower.The outdoor space is private with shade trees.The bed is a new adjustable mattres. Wifi and all tech needs. It is located a few blocks from a main road but far enough away not to hear traffic. The neighborhood is historical, safe, and walkable. The next time I stay in Tucson, this is my go to location.

Great property, lovely details

The Casita was beautifully appointed and clean. My wife and I found the property to have everything we needed for our brief stay. The gated garden was lovely and relaxing with flowering shrubs and singing birds We found the neighborhood of Sam Houston safe, convenient and very walkable. The owner was welcoming and outgoing and willing to help if we needed anything. He reached out to us to let us know when we could check in (a little early) and was respectful of our privacy. I would, highly recommend this property. It is a perfect, centrally located home base to explore Tucson

Istvan heard us arriving and greeted us at the front of his property. He said we should contact him if we needed anything, but the casita was so nicely outfitted that nothing was needed. He is an artist and has done a very nice renovation on the cute casita.

Great accommodation in a quiet residential neighborhood!

I stayed for two nights at Istvan's place while attending my son's graduation at the UofA. The location was good. A safe neighborhood and close to the graduation events. I enjoyed the short walk to the Rincon market also. Everything in the cottage appeared newly renovated, of high quality, and very clean. I had the pleasure of meeting Istvan, who is friendly and interesting.
