This home is directly connected to the boardwalk for easy beach access along with multiple decks. Includes 4 bedrooms and 1.5 baths plus outdoor shower, grill and washer & dryer. 15 minute walk into Ocean Beach for restaurants and shopping. 10 minute walk from Atlantique marina for boat slips, sport courts, bay beach, playground, and The Shack! Ferry service to/from Bay Shore to either Ocean Beach or Atlantique. Huge beach right out the window, away from the crowds to enjoy the summer on this beautiful island!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
GUESTS MUST WASH & DRY ALL USED BED LINENS & TOWELS. Please wash, dry and fold all used bedding, bath and beach towels, before departure.
Please close all drapes, blinds, windows and doors. Please lock up and place key back in lock box. Please latch outside shower door.
Please bag all garbage and place in the trash bins at bottom of ramp. ALL TRASH MUST BE IN GARBAGE BAGS, including cardboard boxes. No loose garbage. Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We want you to enjoy and have fun, however please respect this quiet neighborhood. Its what makes this place so special.
Peanut free home. Please do not bring any peanuts or peanut products into the home. Owner has a severe allergy and hopes to keep the home safe.
