Enjoy our immaculate spacious home just 6 houses to the beach. This newly furnished 3 bedroom over 3 bedroom duplex is conveniently located just steps to the beach, local restaurants and activities. Amenity upgrades made in 2019 include central air, new flooring (first floor) and new furniture and bedding throughout. Ideal for large families, or vacationing with friends. No streets to cross, plus guarded beach and handicapped beach access ramp. Owner supplies 16 beach badges (8 per floor). Deck on each floor, outside shower and laundry facilities. Plenty of off-street tenant parking on large paver driveway.

Lots of shops and restaurants in close walking distance: Howard’s, The Beach House, Roberto’s, Oyster Bay House, Terrace Tavern, WaWa convenience store, Marvel’s bakery and deli, Woodies burgers, California Grill, Meltdown ice cream shop, TD Bank, Elite Fitness, Fritzies Liquors and much more. Only 1.5 miles to the heart of Beach Haven, home to Bay Village, Fantasy Island, miniature golf and the Water Park.
