About this property

Cozy Water Views Await

Enjoy beautiful views from our two bedroom, two and a half bath condo. Our unit is located in the Mariner's Cay community. The community itself offers a large swimming pool (opens mid April), two lighted tennis courts, a communal grilling area, spectacular views of the Folly River, a boat dock that you can fish off of, and it is just across the bridge from all the shops and restaurants that make Downtown Folly Beach an extremely sought after destination!

Our condo is on the third floor (no elevator). It has an open concept with granite countertops in the kitchen, a dining area that seats 4 and large living area including a couch and flat screen TV. The enclosed porch off of the living room and the master bedroom with gorgeous views of the Folly River where you can relax and enjoy a good book or watching the dolphins and other wildlife.

Both bedrooms have private full bathrooms for your convenience. The condo is also equipped with Apple TV and WiFi.

Bedroom 1: 1 QUEEN Bed, private balcony, private bathroom with a tub/shower enclosure en suite.
Bedroom 2: 1 QUEEN, second bath is off the hallway with a tub/shower.
1 FULL size air mattress (upon request)

The screened in porch was ideal for watching dolphins or sitting. The central qair was great when needed at night. The views from the windows were beautiful, we even got to see a dolphin one morning! We struggled with missing coffee pot and the loud stairs. The location was great for accessing Charleston, Folly Beach and Summerville.

Great location-semi comfortable beds- could use more blankets, and a coffee maker! The shower needs a good cleaning and regrouting - also it would be nice to have more than 4 bath towels, as we had to do laundry daily on vacation!

We loved where this condo was. .90 mile walk to the beach. Beautiful scenery right on the screened porch that keeps you free of bugs! The pool was big and was never too busy. Made it very enjoyable!
