This suite + studio combo villa setup was perfect for our family of 7! With 4 beds (2 of them pullouts), 1 1/2 kitchens (2 full fridges), plus 2 W/D combos, we were really able to utilize the space for our needs. The resort was beautiful and we could visit 3 different pool areas. The beaches right at the resort are gorgeous, though we especially loved the shady part of Airport Beach just down the south end of the boardwalk. Food is available at the resort but it was very expensive, so our kitchen space really saved us time and money.
A couple of things to be aware of: the bathrooms have sliding non-locking doors featuring opaque glass, and they aren’t the best for total privacy, so my son (amidst 4 younger sisters) didn’t enjoy that. The kitchen could use some better bakeware for things like frozen pizza, but overall it was adequate. The location in the resort/tower is great for the view but a long walk from elevators. Other than that everything was absolutely ideal. I would definitely stay here again!
Our unit was fifth floor, oceanfront, building 8. It had clearly been recently remodeled and was very nice … it was great having an oven. Every single resort employee we encountered was gracious and so, so helpful, from the front desk staff to the shuttle drivers to the maintenance crew (sorry again about clogging the disposer, guys). Already planning our next visit.
