Enjoy our immaculate spacious home just 6 houses to the beach. This recently furnished 3 bedroom 1st floor of a duplex is conveniently located just steps to the beach, local restaurants and activities. Amenity upgrades made in 2019 include central air, new flooring and new furniture and bedding throughout.
Ideal for families. No streets to cross, plus guarded beach and handicapped beach access ramp. Owner supplies 8 beach badges. Deck, outside shower and laundry facilities. Plenty of off-street tenant parking on large paver driveway.

Lots of shops and restaurants in close walking distance: Howard’s, The Beach House, Roberto’s, Oyster Bay House, Terrace Tavern, WaWa convenience store, Marvel’s bakery and deli, Woodies burgers, California Grill, Meltdown ice cream shop, TD Bank, Elite Fitness, Fritzies Liquors and much more. By far our favorite location!

We absolutely love this location! The house is a close walk to the beach from a dead-end street period at the end of the street the other direction are many great restaurants to fit any budget! The house was freshly remodeled, Well-equipped and close to everything we love to do at LBI! We had a wonderful stay!
