House completely renovated and furnished with furniture and amenities (new).
House near many shops (restaurant, supermarket, garden center, shop decoration ...) and near Aix-en-Provence (bus stop right next to the house to go easily and to reduced price).
Located at the foot of a beautiful village in the 12th century which has old castle ruins, a picturesque center, a restaurant and a superb classified sporting and natural complex on its board.
Ideally located for walks in the hinterland (Luberon, Verdon ...) but also to enjoy the beaches and coves along the Mediterranean.
Very easy access for those arriving from the motorway, by air or TGV (15 minutes maximum distance).
