Clean & Serene 4 BR House with mountain & river views. Great for groups!
Phoencia is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors with skiing, hiking, and many rail/trails.
The house is ideal for friends reunions or for two families to share with beds for 10 people (3 queens, 2 fulls, one twin). You will find a large, well equipped kitchen for cooking and socializing, separate dining room with seating for 10 (plus a kitchen table that seats 6), dishwasher, washer/dryer, tons of toys and games for kids, two televisions, and a large yard for running around or playing the sprinklers. We also have a full size Weber BBQ, outdoor dining for 10+, a hammock, two trees swings, and fire pit for campfires. The house also has super fast internet and a back-up generator should power be lost.
The house is directly on the NYC bus route making it easy for people to come up or leave without a car.

We are a family of four whose primary residence is in Brooklyn, NY. Julie works as an RN and Pierre works as an Advertising Creative. We bought this house when are kids were young and have created years of memories with them. Our kids are now 13 and 10.
Why they chose this property
This house is amazing to enjoy with friends and family. It has everything you need to cook and relax. There is a plenty of room to socialize but also enough space if you need some alone time.
