Clean & Serene 4 BR House with mountain & river views. Great for groups!

Phoencia is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors with skiing, hiking, and many rail/trails.

The house is ideal for friends reunions or for two families to share with beds for 10 people (3 queens, 2 fulls, one twin). You will find a large, well equipped kitchen for cooking and socializing, separate dining room with seating for 10 (plus a kitchen table that seats 6), dishwasher, washer/dryer, tons of toys and games for kids, two televisions, and a large yard for running around or playing the sprinklers. We also have a full size Weber BBQ, outdoor dining for 10+, a hammock, two trees swings, and fire pit for campfires. The house also has super fast internet and a back-up generator should power be lost.

The house is directly on the NYC bus route making it easy for people to come up or leave without a car.

All the beds were super comfy and ready for us to sleep in. It was so nice to cook and eat dinner in such a lovely kitchen and dining room. Julie was incredibly responsive, and her home is gorgeous.

Charming house, beautiful location

Wonderful family getaway while skiing at Belleayre and exploring the Catskills. House is large and inviting, great for a multi generational family get away.

Very comfortable, well located house.

We had a wonderful stay in this well appointed house. The owner could not have been nicer and allowed us to extend our stay by a day when we could not arrive as scheduled due to adverse weather conditions.

Lovely house in picturesque location!

Julie was very accommodating and we had great communication before and after our stay. The house is even better in person. We went up for a fall getaway with a group of friends. The house had absolutely everything we could need. Definitely would love to return sometime!

Perfect base for a Shamrock tour

The house was large with high ceilings and lots of space so we could relax and easily cook meals if we chose to. We were five retired guys doing a Shamrock tour (4 day loops in different directions) on motorcycles around the mountains. Great location, walk into Phoenicia for pizza or breakfast and no traffic at all. Kitchen had everything you need and everything worked as expected. Thanks Julie

We are a family of four whose primary residence is in Brooklyn, NY. Julie works as an RN and Pierre works as an Advertising Creative. We bought this house when are kids were young and have created years of memories with them. Our kids are now 13 and 10.

Why they chose this property

This house is amazing to enjoy with friends and family. It has everything you need to cook and relax. There is a plenty of room to socialize but also enough space if you need some alone time.
