A detached 140-sq.m villa sleeps 8, nestled under the shade of the pine and green oaks with a gated 5 x 12 m pool. Your pets can also enjoy all the freedom of this large, completely fenced property (2,500-sq.m grounds).
The house is at the entrance to the village on the edge of the forest. It features many east-facing terraces outside the kitchen and south-facing terrace for the lounge, dining room, and two bedrooms.

Dissappointed

We have just returned from our holiday at the property that we also stayed in last year, we were dissappointed with the cleanliness of the property. Mainly because we found two drawers in the bedroom downstairs with two plates of half eaten food in the bedside drawers. There were a number of dead insects in all of the rooms downstairs, and there was also an infestation of ants in the kitchen sink. We cleaned all of these areas ourselves because of the language barrier Mrs Dupry could not understand. On the second week the pool was unusable as the water had turned very green with algae, We contacted the caretakers and he did his best to sort this out, but after 4 days there was little improvement. We were told on the second to last day that we could still use the pool as the algae was harmless. This was not a satisfactory conclusion as you still couldnt see the bottom of the pool. Finally when we were leaving Mrs Dupry was invited to inspect the property which as before, we had thoroughly cleaned. We were very surprised when she insisted that we should pay 80 Euros for cleaning etc as the rental of the property is considerably higher than it was last year and we were not charged an additional fee for cleaning. I have photographs of the pool if you would like to see them. I await your comments as we should like to return to the property again, but this has been off putting.

I am shocked by your comments especially since I was not aware Regarding the cleanliness of the house I will immediately resolve the problem with the maintenance person. For the swimming pool, to our great dismay, we were able to see the same thing as you because we arrived on 02/10. The water had supposedly been green for 2 days which seems not to be the case from what you said. For health reasons of the usual swimming pool specialist, we called on a person who proved to be incompetent in the maintenance of a swimming pool because we had several problems this season. We will of course look to someone else for the future. Another point: cleaning at the end of the stay is not included in the rental but if you do it there is no need to pay the maintenance lady. As for prices, unfortunately everything has increased: Abritel fees, tourist tax. The rental itself has also increased because the pool is now heated. As far as you are concerned, the swimming pool was also heated last year but without an increase in price because at the time of your reservation the heat pump was not yet in place. I hope I answered your questions. Again, our apologies for these inconveniences and thank you for your fair play. I will not fail to make a significant gesture to you on the occasion of a future stay in our villa

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, der Garten ist riesig und der Pool ist toll! Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die Ausstattung (viele Küchengeräte, Grill, Spiele, Tischtennisplatte ...). Ein traumhafter Urlaub, auch für Kinder und Teenager!

Très bien malgré la pluie

Nous avons pu fêter les 18 ans de notre fille, à l interieur car la maison est grande ! Heureusement car il pleuvait. Maison tres agréable. Il faudrait changer le réfrigérateur. Les voisins gérants, adorables, ont du nous preter le leur. Il ne refroidit plus et il est bien trop petit pour 9 personnes.

Le Paradis !

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine ! La maison climatisée est parfaite; tout est fait pour se sentir bien; la piscine est superbe même s'il manque une petite échelle, le terrain splendide avec plusieurs terrasses adaptées aux différentes températures de la journée; Mme Kiozel est très aimable et M. et Mme Deruy et leur fils très attentifs aux moindres besoins. Un séjour charmant à recommander !

Super séjour!

La maison est parfaite pour un groupe car elle est grande et chacun y trouve sa place. La piscine est géniale. Nos chiens ont pu gambader tranquillement car tout est clôturé et possibilité à tout moment de se mettre à l'ombre sur le terrain .boisé. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Schmutziger Pool

Schönes Haus und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings war der Pool bei Ankunft wegen Schmutz und Algen im Wasser (grünliche trübe Brühe) nicht nutzbar. Erst nach massivem Protest wurde er gereinigt und dann nach 2 Tagen nutzbar. Der Eigentümer wollte danach aber die Poolpflege neu vergeben.

Wir entschuldigen uns noch einmal für diese Unannehmlichkeiten. Ich verstehe die Enttäuschung sehr gut, als wir am Urlaubsort ankommen. Da wir nicht vor Ort sind, ist es wichtig, dass wir sofort benachrichtigt werden, um das Problem so schnell wie möglich zu lösen. Es ist jedoch nicht einfach, jemanden zu finden, der kompetent und zuverlässig ist, um den Pool zu warten.

Maison spacieuse et chaleureuse!

Agréable séjour: au calme, literie impéccable, tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner , plein de petits détails qui rendent la maison facile à vivre . ( jeux de société, ping pong, lave linge et lessive, lave vaisselle et pastilles ....), chauffage réglable et suffisant (séjour en novembre) Belles ballades aux alentours. Mamdame Koziel répond trés rapidement aux questions ou demandes. Je recommande vivement!

Séjour à seillon source d,argent.

Nous avons rencontré à plusieurs reprises la formation de micro algues verte dans la piscine qui a nécessité l,intervention de personnes extérieures pour régler le problème, la piscine peut être chauffée dommage que le propriétaire ne le propose pas, même avec un supplément de prix. Le coin barbecue devrait être rafraîchi avec une nouvelle grille, Sinon tout le reste est parfait, Super villa!

Le chauffage de la piscine a été installé en juin. Je ne savais pas que l'eau de la piscine avait autant fraichi en qques jours mais vous auriez du me contacter pour la mise en marche ce qui a d'ailleurs été fait pour le locataire suivant et pour 2023 inclus dans le prix de la location. La grille du barbecue va être changé encore cet automne. Je vous remercie pour vos commentaires qui me permettent de répondre au mieux à l'attente des vacanciers

Geräumiges Haus mit schönem Pool

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in Seillon-Source d‘Argens. Die unmittelbare Gegend bietet nicht Allzuviel, aber maximal innerhalb einer Stunde erreicht man viele attraktive Ziele (Verdonschlucht, Calanques, Marseille, Aix,…). Das Haus hat ein großes umzäuntes Grundstück (das freute unseren Hund) und einen schönen Pool, den die Kinder sehr genossen haben. Die Einteilung war für uns als Familie mit Großeltern super, da man zwei Bereiche jeweils mit Schlafzimmer(n) und Badezimmer nutzen konnte. Die Sauberkeit war nicht optimal, was sicher auch daran liegt, dass die Mieter selber putzen können. So war auch einiges an Geschirr noch verschmutzt. Schön wäre es, wenn man in der prinzipiell gut ausgestatteten Küche mal diverse Küchenutensilien erneuern könnte (die meisten Pfannen waren doch sehr verkratzt). Alles in allem können wir das Haus gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ich entschuldige mich für die geringfügigen Unannehmlichkeiten, auf die Sie gestoßen sind. Die Mehrheit der Mieter nimmt den Reinigungszuschlag, aber die Sauberkeit der Küchengeräte bleibt in der Tat in der Verantwortung des Mieters. Ich werde darum bitten, dies zu überprüfen. Außerdem ist geplant, das gesamte Kochgeschirr zu erneuern.

Une jolie maison pour passer de très bonnes vacances. On se sens comme « à la maison » il ne manque rien. La maison est très belle, encore plus que le montre les photos. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et aux petits soins. Bref une semaine de bonheur !

Un petit paradis !!

Que dire sur ce séjour... il était parfait ! La piscine est superbe et de très bonnes dimensions. Nous avons eu chaud, même très chaud mais la climatisation de la maison est un réel +. La communication avec la propriétaire était très bonne et la personne qui vous accueille sur place est d'une gentillesse... par contre, la villa n'est pas trop facile à trouver, nous nous sommes perdus :D Le jardin est parfaitement clôturé et nous avons pu laisser gambader nos chiens sans soucis, ce qui est un réel + également. Le seul petit bémol, c'est qu'il faut obligatoirement une voiture. En effet, tout est un peu éloigné de la villa même une boulangerie mais bon c'est le sud de la France en même temps :) Bref, ce séjour était très agréable et reposant et nous avons bien profité des infrastructures de la villa. Nous reviendrons une prochaine fois très certainement. Merci à Madame KOZIEL et à Madame DERUY de leur gentillesse.

Propriété au top

Très bel endroit ! Agréable, bien équipé, très fonctionnel. Seul petit bémol : la piscine n'était pas prête pour notre arrivée le samedi, nous avons dû attendre le mardi pour qu'elle soit opérationnelle. De plus, les aiguilles du pin tombent sans arrêt dans la piscine, ce qui est quelque peu gênant. Cela dit, nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette très belle propriété et nous avons bien profité de la région. Merci pour l'accueil et pour l'aide sur place. Adresse à recommander sans hésiter

Vous avez probablement eu une semaine très venteuse car en effet par grand vent le grand pin sèment ses épines mais plutôt que le couper nous avons fait le choix de l'ombre bien appréciable par les chaleurs actuelles. Quant à la piscine , comme je vous l'avais dit le chien du locataire précédent prenait son bain dans la piscine et je pense que malgré notre interdiction, il a du continuer. Schönes Haus für Ferien mit Hund - aber......

Wir waren 18 Tage vom 18.Sept. -6.Okt. mit unserem Hund dort. Das Haus ist aufgrund des riesigen & komplett eingezäunten Grundstücks sehr gut für Ferien mit Hund geeignet. Trotz insges. 4 Schlafzimmer würden wir das Haus allerdings nur für eine Familie mit 2-4 Kindern empfehlen. Der Pool ist i.P. sehr schön, aber nicht beheizt und war jahreszeitlich bedingt schon sehr kühl und man musste auch durch die nahe stehenden Bäume sehr häufig Laub /Nadeln rausfischen, das war aber ok. Was uns allerdings sehr gestört hat waren zum einen an vielen Tagen Schiessübungen oder etwas ähnliches ganz in der Nähe. Dann hat es wirklich viele Stunden lang laut geknallt. Vermutlich ist in der Nähe ein Schießstand oder etwas ähnliches, so etwas erfährt man vorher natürlich nicht. Zum anderen wurden auf einigen Grundstücken in der Nachbarschaft an mehreren Tagen mit lauten Maschinen (Kettensägen, Schleifer usw.) gearbeitet, was ebenfalls die Idylle & Ruhe arg gestört hat und uns dann immer zu Ausflügen veranlasst hat. Gestört hat uns auch die vorhandene Bettwäsche. Die etwas dickeren Decken, die man zu dieser Jahreszeit aber schon braucht, waren aus 100% Synthetik ("Billig-Ware")und so etwas muss man mögen - wir nicht. Der Preis der Unterkunft ist unserer Meinung nach vergleichsweise günstig, allerdings muss man die geschilderten "handicaps" natürlich auch beachten

Tolles Haus für Familienurlaub

Das Haus ist perfekt für einen Familienurlaub. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat mehrere Terrassen, einen guten Grill und hat einen großen und komplett abgeschlossenen Garten. Wir hatten viel Spaß am Pool und genossen einen wunderbaren Urlaub. Sehr gerne wieder!
