Wonderful 2 BR 2 BA Condo in an Oceanfront Building with Pool!

Situated on 85th street, the unit is strategically located to see all that Ocean City has to offer. Whether it is fantastic restaurants/ bars, shopping, miniature golf, go-carts, water parks or the boardwalk; you'll be just a short drive/ bus ride away!

These 2 BR/ 2 BA units has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! And it gets even better with full kitchen that includes a stainless refrigerator with icemaker and stainless dishwasher. Other pluses are a larger hot water heater, WI-FI and central AC. Your group of six will have plenty of room to relax on the spacious sectional sofa and enjoy a meal at the dining room table. This unit has a primary bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with full and a twin bed and the full-size sleeper sofa. Parents will love the balcony where they can relax while watching the family have fun pool side! This beachfront building is definitely a fantastic value for making awesome Ocean City memories!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* There is a $50 resort fee due at check in.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
* This condo is on the 1st floor but is not ground level. Antigua is an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street is parking available.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend (We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Beachfront building
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 85th street.
* This unit includes bed linens, towel sets, hotel quality bathmats and kitchen hand towels.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.

Everything was awesome. Clean and the property had comfortable beds and couch. Office staff was wonderful inviting and nice. Only issue we had was with the key box. It was very hard to get open.

Mother/Daughter Trip

We had a wonderful time on our trip. The location was perfect. Couple things I would fix or mention to guests would be the door to the place. It was difficult to open plenty of times. We had to contact the bench rental company to help with the issue. David was wonderful, he got back to us as soon as possible.

Cozy and comfy

The condo was perfect for our family! The description on VRBO was very accurate as were the photos. Check in was very easy. It's also very close to the beach which was very convenient with a perky 6 year old! We had an amazing week and will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo and Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo with a very clean beach and wonderful pool. The location was great for us to enjoy all the attractions Ocean City had to offer. The property manager was very helpful and fixed our small issue in a timely manner. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return in the future.

Location was great. Access to the beach was great.there was some Heroin drug that he removed in bedroom #2 as well as old blood spots on the floor between the 2 beds by the night stand (we did take pics)My husband is retired Baltimore county swat team a currently employed with I.s. Secret Service so he knows what U.S. Secret Service.

Place was great. Cleaning folks couple have done a little better of a job. The place had bulk beds when I initially booked, they were not there when I checked in. So down a bed. But, we made it work.

Clean, convenient to beach and a nice pool

The condo was great the only problems we had were the sliding doors were hard to open and close also the blind cords in the master bedroom were tangled and the vertical blinds were missing a slat. The one door where the washer and dryer is kept opening. Other than those is a very nice place to stay. Insight maintenance management was friendly and very helpful with any questions I had.
