This beautiful brand new 4 bedroom private home featuring over 2300 sq ft boasts luxurious styling & finishes, designer tile and granite, wood flooring, pro-grade appliances, central air, indoor surround sound and outdoor music system all activated by simple voice command.

There are multiple decks including a 500 sq ft roof top deck which will quickly become your favorite place on the property to hangout with AMAZING bay and ocean views, comfortable seating along with a private hot tub where you can soak your worries away while watching the sunset.

The furnishing in the house was all designed professionally by a local interior designer with brand new modern furniture and with 7 brand new mattresses and linens, and we did not go cheap on the mattresses, so there is no need to worry about having a bad night sleep in an old worn out bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you will ever need, along with BBQ grilling tools & utensils for the gas BBQ, and bathrooms have a full stock of fresh towels, soaps and shampoos.

The house is also equipped with a 2 car private garage, and laundry room with brand new washer and dryer.

We are walking distance to just about everything from the bay, parks, ocean, restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals and tons night life.

We put a lot of thought and love into this home so your experience will be the best possible.

We had an amazing weekend stay in January and can’t say enough good things about this home or the host. Alan was fantastic — incredibly communicative, responsive, and accommodating, which made the entire experience seamless from start to finish.The private rooftop with the jacuzzi was the absolute highlight. The views of the bay, the ocean, and the sunsets were breathtaking and made for unforgettable evenings. The home itself is spacious and beautifully laid out, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax comfortably.The location is unbeatable — just an extremely short walk to bay front beaches, making it easy to enjoy the water, walks, and the neighborhood vibe throughout the day.This was truly a five-star stay, and we would absolutely book again. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this house. It was very clean and well stocked. The best part is the rooftop spa, we enjoyed it every evening! It’s within walking distance of cute coffee shops, restaurants, and the bay, and just a short drive to Pacific Beach. I highly recommend!

A Family Roll Out Spot!

Alan the property owner made our entire trip from beginning to end - very friendly & helpful with recommendations & one of the best we’ve had for customer service! Place fit my wife & I and 3 adult kids & some grandkids - had all the amenities you could need! Views and locale were perfect & the yard & roof works awesome for hang outs.

Alan was the best for our stay!! Offered all kinds of information for the area with suggestions for us to do on our visit. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Plus it had great views of the bay and the hot tub was excellent. Would recommend!!

The host was incredibly thoughtful and reached out before our stay to share helpful information about the area and fun local activities. We had a minor issue with the hot tub, but the host responded promptly and had someone there to fix it within an hour. Overall, it was an amazing stay with breathtaking views! Just a heads-up—there are quite a few stairs in the home, which may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns.

Great House, Great Location

House was as described. Clean, great location, Check in experience was easy, communication with Alan was very helpful. The weather was perfect for us to up on the rooftop. House was well equipped with amenities. It was really nice to have two car garage parking.

Great beach vacation!

We stayed here for 3 nights, the space was perfect for a group of 6. We really enjoyed the views from the property and the access to the beach. Check in was easy, and the host was friendly. The hot tub was a great amenity. We also had some questions for the host ahead of the visit which were all answered in a timely manner.

We had an excellent stay. Alan, the owner, was very friendly and helpful to provide all the information we needed on the property and advice on local restaurants/coffee shops. Wedding Weekend

Stayed here with friends for a long weekend to attend a wedding. House worked well for 8 adults. Really enjoyed the roof hot tub and views. Be aware the house does have a lot of stairs.

This is not just a vacation rental but a home we truly get to enjoy when it is available, so there has been a lot of thought and love that went into this home since we also enjoy staying there!

Why they chose this property

Took me over 2 years to find the a newer home since most are very old, in the right location with amazing views. Unlike the Mission Beach and other parts of Pacific Beach people are partying all through the night which makes it very hard to get a good nights sleep. Sail Bay is more upscale area of Pacific Beach and much less noisy.

What makes this property unique

We are the only house in the area with a roof top Jacuzzi that has amazing views.
