Located on the Village Common, this lodge-style building offers spectacular condominium living for families and their friends. Guests and owners can ice skate on the Common pond, stroll over to Village shops and restaurants, or hit the slopes! A convenient private shuttle picks up at the heated garage and can transport the entire family. A heated patio allows year-round use of the swimming pool, outdoor sauna, and hot tubs.
Generous living areas with plenty of seating for guests are enhanced by interior details reflective of the lodge inspiration. Gas fireplaces warm each home in the winter and air-conditioning cools things down on warm summer nights. For longer stays, each home offers a washer and dryer. Separate owner storage and guest locker rooms are ideal for mountain gear storage.

This condo was perfect for a long weekend for my family's ski trip to Stratton. Amazing location right next to Stratton Village. The condo property itself was great, with amazing building manager and staff to help with any other questions about the facilities we had. Would stay again.

We were very pleased with this condo. It was spacious, clean and well decorated. Being very close to the ski lifts, restaurants etc made everything much easier. Owners were responsive and made our stay very comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

Wonderful Property and Location

We love staying at the Rising Bear in the fall! The location can’t be beat and the fire pit and pool/hot tub are wonderful amenities offered by the building. The condo has a great layout for extended families and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. We look forward to our stay here each year!

The location is perfect for a family visit to Stratton, outdoor pool and hot tub, skating pond with fire pit and easy walk or free shuttle to the mountain. Condo was in great condition and well supplied. Highly Recommend.

My family and I love Stratton and staying in RB210 makes it that much more of a perfect weekend! Tastefully decorated, plenty of room, hot tube and heated pool, ice skating, heated garage and a short walk to the village and slopes. Can't beat it!

VT in the Fall

Our entire family loved our stay at RB210! The unit was extremely clean and has a wonderful layout that is perfect for enjoying family meals at the large dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you may need during your stay. We loved hiking during the day and spending the afternoons at the outdoor heated pool and evenings by the bonfire. We will definitely be back to stay again!

When the only negative is no dawn soap!

My husband said he hasn’t slept so well in years! They thought of everything, from ketchup packets to games! The pans were the absolute nicest we’ve ever had in a rental unit! The sheets were soft, towels fluffy, silverware aplenty, and there was no overpowering odor to bother allergies. We would absolutely book again! Great location to Stratton skiing and village.

The condo was convenient, well stocked and clean. It was just what we were looking for. The location was great, we especially enjoyed walking to the village for dinner. Perfect family ski condo!

Just checked out after a wonderful stay at the condo with family. Accommodations were very comfortable and just as photographed. Condo was clean and well kept. The decorations have a very cozy and cute Vermont flare. The location is very conveniently located right across the street from the base of Stratton. Private shuttle made for easy coming and going with ski gear. We had a wide range from 6 year olds to 60 year olds and everyone was entertained and had an awesome stay. Carl and Sean were both great at communicating via messaging and phone calls. Wish we could have stayed longer! Hope to be back next year.

Wonderful Stay

Stayed here for a mid-week ski trip and couldn't have asked for more. Upon arrival it was great to be able to keep our car parked inside the garage rather than leave it in the outside elements, and we were able to use their locker they have in the garage to keep our ski equipment. The condo was extremely clean and spacious. They had a large binder in the condo which had info on everything, from the wifi, using the tv, fireplace, restaurants and activities both on and off the mountain. Great to have all that information so readily available. Condo is a short 5 minute walk to the base of the mountain, but on the weekends they also offer a shuttle service right from inside of the garage to the base. We called to see if it ran on weekdays, but instead it ran direct from the lodge where you get the room keys, but service was great and offered to have us picked up from rising bear lodge as you just need to request it on the weekdays. Very accommodating but we opted for the short walk. Having the village at the base of the mountain was great to have for a post ride drink. Came back into the village one night to have dinner as well. Also, having an outdoor heated pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, right outside the condo was a nice touch to end the day. Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect getaway

A great long weekend with the girls. Plenty of room for us -- comfortable beds and seating. So nice to sit on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning. The kitchen was well stocked although we didn't do much cooking as the restaurants in VT were fabulous. Would highly recommend this condo. Thank you
