Loved the Property and the Golf Course. Didn't realize, when I booked it, that it was on the Silverado Golf Course with great views and was a short walk from our room the the Club House. Loved the food and drinks! Would definitely go back again if we get a chance! It was perfect for our Anniversary vacation.

Centrally located, very nice and clean space on a beautiful resort. Didn't get a chance to use the resort amenities but was very nice to have as an option. Super close to all things Napa and tons to do in the area. Communication with host was consistent and clear. Highly recommend.

1st experience w/VRBO - have serious concerns whether to use again. 1) sheets were previously used (see pics w/hairs on sheets - UNACCEPTABLE AND AGAINST HEALTH CODE 2) 1.5 hours to rectify by "housekeeping" who had to drive to Napa from Richmond 3) coffee machine not cleaned 4) unclean dishes (I had to wash everything before using) and floor 5) extremely low water pressure in shower 6) terrible beds can't be masked with foam - caused back ache 7) awakened at midnight on second night with loud footsteps on stairs, 4 neighbors in unit next-door (paper thin walls) started loud voices/laughter at midnight for 1.5 hours - no recourse provided. FULL REFUND REQUESTED

Napa review

The room was nice and clean. However none of the links in the app for checkin in and deposit work- you have to type in the url to a browser. Communicating with the property manager is apparently texting with an AI Bot! I extended my stay a day but the bot could not process that and it wanted me to pay again for the extra day. It wanted me to send a photo of the broken hinge on a cablnet and of the fridge that didn’t work but you can’t attach photos and why did they even need a photo of the fridge!!! It reminded me to be sure not to park in the car port, which I had not done as the owners were parked there! They did give me a uber voucher for the fridge inconvenience and the food that went bad in there but it was only good for 3 days until 12/31

Extremely Disappointing

The property description states it is a condo and includes 1 bathroom, 1 half bathroom. This is absolutely not true. This property is an extremely small bedroom with little to no room for luggage, etc. It is NOT a condo, therefore, I will refer to it as a bedroom. It is smaller than any hotel room I have ever stayed in. It does NOT include "1 bathroom, 1 half bathroom" as represented. It is a one bathroom (one toilet, one sink, one bathtub), and that is all. The counter had white paint or something similar all over it. Luckily I brought Clorox wipes and was able to wipe it down. Guests should also be aware that to enter the bedroom, they will need to carry their luggage up a flight of stairs and that the parking is nearby, but not right outside of the bedroom. There were two nice aspects to this bedroom - the patio and the location, and that it is all.

Only one set of towels, carpet not clean, but that being said it worked for our stay. Nice shower, great response to questions from the property mgr and kind of nostalgic as I used to work and play golf at the club in the 70’s.

Great stay!

We had a great experience with this rental! Perfectly located between great wineries and downtown Napa, it was so easy to get to wherever we wanted to go. It was also an easy walk to coffee and breakfast in the morning at The Market of the Silverado Resort. The unit was clean and had a balcony with great mountain views. The wine bottle and k-cups provided were a much appreciated added touch! Overall, we had a great stay here and would definitely stay again.

Easy to find, quiet location and unit, all the amenities you need for a short stay. Thank you for the wine and coffee...appreciate the extra touches. Only one criticism- the carpet is in need of a change- it is stained and very used.

The rental is on a beautiful property, with gorgeous views of the mountains, golf course and vineyards. For the cost of the rental - I was disappointed that we did receive the preemptive instructional email on how to get into the unit, which led to us spending an unnecessary amount of time at the front desk of the resort attempting to work with people that couldn’t actually help us. The cooling unit made a noise overnight that sounded like someone was walking around in our room while we were sleeping, and the toilet ran (despite holding the handle down for the recommended 5 sec.) It was clean, and otherwise met our needs.

It's important to read the welcome email we send as we actually super easy for you to check-in and go directly to the unit (code for a self check-in at the door), instead of going to the Silverado front desk. the email also state not go go there. I wish you had contacted us to address any of your confusion. We've checked the bathroom and AC and all work perfectly. It would have been great to receive one phone call or email during your stay to address anything. We hope we will be able to welcome you again in our VRBO.
