For max. 1-5 persons (+ 1 baby/child) - a spacious LARGE HOUSE to rent. Kitchen with everything You need for 5 people.
1 bathroom with washing- machine, WC downstairs, Wifi.
1 BEDROOM for 1 person downstairs. Large diningtable in the KITCHEN + and VERANDA room with large windows to be in after dinner. Here You find TOYS and children BOOKS and MAPS .
Stairs up to upper floor. Security Gates downstairs and Upstairs for Children ( and dog). Upstairs You will find 1 doublebed + 1 babybed in the bedroom (2.) And 2 single beds in bedroom (3)
Upstairs You will have 1 toilet nr (2) in the House. And a "library" room upstairs with lots of photo books /some English and German.

!OBSERVE THIS!

IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 Adult GUESTS - I WILL OPEN THE DOOR TO A SMALL ANNEX BESIDE THE LARGE HOUSE.
= With place for 2 extra guests to sleep. Here is also a small pentry with dishwasher, stove, + a showerroom with WC.
Then You pay 250€ extra for the use and cleaning of this ANNEX

This is a good idea if You travel 2 generations, with children and grandparents....or friends...
You have space to park 2 cars outside the House.

The Whole Garden with all chairs, tables, sitting areas in front of both houses and in the backside, belongs to You during Your visit.
If You do NOT rent the ANNEX house 40 m2 -IT WILL BE LOCKED.

In Summer, if You find berries or mushrooms - You are free to eat them. If it is a dry Summer - please water some of the plants that seem dry outside and inside the Main large House.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If You have made a fire in the big black iron camine in the entrance hall/ - see to that the woodloggs have burnt out completely. Read how to make the fire, on the paper on the shelf.
Lock single door in the veranda room = the room with the large windows. Lock the door from the inside. (See the paper reminder on the wall.)
See to that all doors of the house leading outdoors / are really locked and the keys are put back on the right place/where I told You.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bring 1 dog, but take care of it. Not running loose outside/ is forbidden after Swedish law. And dont let it sleep in the beds.
Park the car near the narrow road. But not ON the road. Let other cars and people pass. This is a private road. People from the village like the walk.

Leuk huis op een mooie locatie. Natuurgebieden in de buurt. Prima wandelmogelijkheden. Plaats met winkels en restaurants op 12 km afstand.Het huis is overdadig gemeubileerd. De foto's op de website geven geen correct beeld. De boiler was uitgevallen, maar dat werd na melding snel opgelost.

Es war alles da, was man zum Urlaub machen braucht. Vielleicht hier und da etwas antiquiert. Aber das ist so, wenn sich fühlt, als wäre man zu Hause bei Freunden. Das mit dem Datenvolumen fürs Internet könnte ein bißchen besser sein.

Großzügiges, ruhiges Häuschen am Waldrand.

Das Haus liegt nicht exakt am See, wie im Satelliten Bild erwartet, dieser anliegende see ist ein privater See des Nachbargrundstücks, Das wurde im Inserat Text aber auch nicht versprochen, also alles in Ordnung. Die Badestelle lässt sich mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten und mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Minuten erreichen. Dennoch ist das Objekt sehr idyllisch gelegen. Waschmaschine vorhanden. Alles da was man braucht, wenn auch nicht auf dem aller neusten Stand der Technik. Leitungswasser sehr eisenhaltig.

Nice ancient house in great location

This is a nice little house located literally in the middle of the forest. It has an ancient touch and it almost feals like living in a museum. The location of the house is perfect for reaching all kinds of nice places in the area, like numerous nature reserves. One actually in walking distance to the house. Only the main bathroom could use a little refurbishment.

Ein kleines Museum in der wunderschönen Natur

Man wird von Eva sehr herzlich empfangen und bekommt gleich einen Eindruck über die Geschichte des Hauses und deren bisherigen Bewohnern. Das Haus ist sehr voll gestellt und die Möbel sind voll mit Erinnerungen an diese. Das abgebildete Boot steht leider nicht zur Verfügung und ist nur zur privaten Nutzung und der See dazu auch. Die Badestelle mit Sprungturm ist schon etwas weiter entfernt (also nix vergessen wenn es dort hin geht). Der Wlan-Zugang reicht für "Teenager" mit youtube, Netflix u.ä. leider nur für 3 - 4 Tage. Danach ist Ruhe ;-(. Die Sanitären Einrichtungen könnten durchaus eine Erneuerung erfahren. Leider waren diese auch nicht sehr sauber. Alles in allem wäre das Haus mehr etwas für Airbnb und nicht für dieses Portal bestimmt.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit allem drum und dran.

Wir haben den Sommer (3Wochen) in Eva‘s Haus sehr genossen. Ein bisschen wie Wohnen im Museum. Eva hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Für Fragen stand Sie jeder Zeit per Telefon zur Verfügung. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, auch mit kleinen Kindern (Absperrung an der Treppe, Kinderbett, Kinderstuhl, Spielzeug) Die Umgebung hat viel zu Bieten. In Gehdistanz wohnt Eva‘s Bruder mit einigen Tieren, die wir öfter besucht haben. Dackel Funny streicheln, Hühner füttern, Schafe schauen...auch Eva‘s Bruder konnten wir jeder Zeit um Rat fragen und er hat uns viel über die Umgebung erzählt. Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr weiter empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank Eva.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Schweden!

Es ist ein typisch schwedisches Haus aus altem Familienbesitz. Wir hatten mit 4 Personen ausreichend Platz. Das Bad war etwas eng, aber ausreichend. Der wunderschöne Wintergarten ist das Highlight des Hauses. Eva, die Vermieterin, hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns alles notwendige erklärt und gezeigt. Bei Problemen wäre sie immer erreichbar gewesen. Das Haus liegt traumhaft ruhig, mit einem wilden Garten zum Entspannen. In der nahen Umgebung sind mehrere Bademöglichkeiten.

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus mit sehr privater Atmosphäre

Freundlicher und offener Empfang. Eintauchen in die wirkliche Lebensfreude der Schweden im Sommer. Das Naturschutzgebiet mit dem wunderbar verwunschenen Badesee lud zu Wanderungen, Entdeckungen und zum Schwimmen ein. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Amazing house, amazing host & amazing area!!

Eva's house is a gorgeous big house that could easely house a big family with kids and has everything you need & more! Since i was just by myself i used only 1/4 of the place, i also spend most of my time outdoors because there is so much to see and to do in the area! There are several nature reservats and manors within 10km of the house, Askersund is a lovely town to visit and if you don't mind driving a little further you could visit Tiveden National Park wich is absolutely amazing or go up north to Örebro!
