For max.1-5 persons (+ 1 baby) - a spacious LARGE HOUSE to rent. Kitchen with everything You need for 8 people, 1 bathroom with washing-machine, toilet downstairs, Wifi. Bedroom 1 for 1 person downstairs. Large diningtable in kitchen, + Veranda room after dinner.
Upstairs You will find one doublebed + 1 babybed in bedroom 2, and 2 single beds in bedroom 3.
Upstairs You will have a toilet nr 2 in the House.
!OBSERVE THIS!;
IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 5 GUESTS - I WILL OPEN THE DOOR TO A SMALL ANNEX BESIDE THE LARGE HOUSE.
With place for 2 extra guests to sleep. here is also a small pentry with dishwasher, stove, + a shower-room with WC
Then You pay 40€ extra for the cleaning of this annex.
This is a good idea if You travel 2 generations, with children and grandparents....or friends...
You have good space to park 2 cars outside the House.

Why they chose this property
I didn´t buy it. I built it - together with my father - from our own forest wood. First he went to the forest to cut it, and went with it to a village lumber mill and made boards of it.
We made up our mind to build to have a summerhouse in a beautiful landscape - by itself - but not too far from the Family Farm House - 300 m away ( You can live there in the winter as well)

What makes this property unique
For my children it was like to live in the paradise - nature all around - forest - where you sometimes can see deer, elks, foxes, rabbits, pick berries and mushrooms;, green meadows - filled with summerflowers, sheep in summer; many small lakes to explore, fish and swim; interesting and beautiful country side landscape, many old small churches, the beautiful harbor town of Askersund right by the second largest huge lake of Vättern - only 8 kilometers away. There You buy everything You need.
