Caesarea is the most respectable town in Israel which has everything for a calm, but also interesting and eventful life. Shopping center with a cafe, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser, etc. is available 500 meters from the house. Nearby also a skatepark, tennis courts, mini soccer field, basketball field, and multiple playgrounds. The biggest golf field in the country is 2 km away. The old city - Israel’s ancient capital - 4 km away. It is a popular location among tourists with a large amount of restaurants, souvenir and art shops. Diving center in the same area. Big picture gallery and the aqueducts are 5 km away. Close by there is also a big fitness center with restaurants. By the beach there is a marine sports center that rents out kayaks, surfing equipment, and wind/kitesurfing equipment (3 km). The largest concert venue in the country - the Roman amphitheater - 5 km from our house.

Perfect villa in a perfect location for daughter’s wedding

Our family travelled to Caesaria for our daughter’s wedding. The house easily accommodated my husband and I, our children and their families. It was spacious and well laid out. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and to accommodate a 2 year old. It was well located with easy parking and easy walkable access to the shopping center. A perfect place for us.

Second Time Around

It was so good last year, we came back! Really appreciate the convenience of this beautiful home. The pool and garden area is a serene retreat to unwind and relax or have a family reunion! Interior is perfectly appointed with everything you need from ping pong to pool, and kitchen is well equipped including Nespresso machine and frother. Washer and Dryer were certainly a bonus! Our family loves staying here -Thank you so much again for a fabulous vacation!

Stay in Caesarea

Beautiful home in a great location. Very comfortable and convenient. Would stay here again. The landlord has helpful tips about the house but doesn’t offer them unless you ask. For example, there is information you might want about how to get additional hot water. Staircase might be a bit tricky for toddlers.

Amazing and then some!

Wow! This truly spacious and very family friendly home in Caesarea was a true gem. Perfect for a large family and then some. Spacious Master on top floor with en suite shower, bathtub and fantastic washer and dryer, 2 nice rooms also on top floor with their own bathrooms as well (my adult sons appreciated this!) GREAT air-conditioningdid I mention great air-conditioning? Jacuzzi overlooking beautiful pool also on top floor (easily accessed by pool area as well up side stairs). Main floor had top notch appointed kitchen with everything you needed to make anything you wanted. Great pool table right in the middle of living area for lots of fun and conversation. BIG TV, great windows, small room and half bath on main floor as well. Pool was amazing, outdoor ping pong, enthralling gardens - I was amazed at every turn in the garden - such a zen place! Lots of safety equipment to surround pool if you needed that too. Bottom floor has plenty of room for a sleepover, extra bed and bathroom PLUS a sauna. We've been to Israel many times and have never felt as at home! Vadim was welcoming and answered all our questions. Small cafe in walking distance had great coffee (when I had to pull away from the house Nespresso machine) This home was very clean and really a gem...did I mention the great air-conditioning? We will be back! Thanks for a memorable vacation!

Good property - misrepresents number of bedrooms

This is a nice house in a high-end neighborhood, close to amenities, groceries, coffee shop, beaches and historical sites. The pool area was excellent, except sun umbrellas would be highly recommended given the morning strong sun. Common areas were great, with a fully stocked kitchen, including spices and equipment, pool table was a hit with kids and adults alike. Our biggest complaint is the listing's misrepresentation of the number of bedrooms and people the place can comfortably accomodate. There are in fact three legitimate bedrooms, while there is a small office/den on the main floor with a futon. The basement has one ikea sofa bed and one queen futon, but is really crowded, lacks privacy, and no places to put away clothing. We were a group of 12, and frankly it would have been impossible to have accommodated any more than this number comfortably. Each room was supposed to have extra futon beds, but this was not the case. Overall, a great property, but should not be for more than 10-12 people, and the house could use some decluttering (mainly basement).

Spacious house with many facility Only 3 real bedrooms, other 2 are basement and shelter where the airco and the beds are below average. Could have been much better with relatively small investment.
