Almost new, hardly lived in with all new amenities. All utilities paid; Internet, TV, Elect, Gas, Water, Trash
- 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 90% of the furniture is brand new. Nice, new decorations.
- No clutter, nothing in any drawers, except complete kitchen, with name brand appliances, GE and Whirlpool.
- New GE washer and dryer.
- New Weber grille on patio.
- Fabulous palm trees surrounded community pool, brand new, with restaurant, bar, movie theatre, and band shell normally with entertaining Jimmy Buffet style bands.
- Complete exercise facility and massage with trainer.
- 50 miles from Disney entertainment capital of the world.
- 4 miles from NASCAR Daytona 500 Speedway.
- 5 miles from Daytona Beach on the Atlantic Ocean, with shuttle bus service from our home resort to private beach.

Great Place to Vacation

Margartaville is a great place to vacation. The home is fantastic everything you need and more. Jim and Wanda was just fantastic owners. They seen to all our needs and the resort has everything you want. Pool was great to meet friends.

True resort feeling. I took full advantage of the club house, community center, the beautiful pools, the shuttle to their private beach, the list goes on. You will enjoy your stay in a super clean, quiet and private home.

Amazing Place

If you get the opportunity to stay here DO IT! You will love the community. The neighbors are fantastic. It is very quiet! Don't be discouraged by it being a duplex. You can never hear the neighbors and they said they couldn't hear us. Jim is a wonderful host. We stayed for 9 months and wished we could have stayed longer.
