The Falcon Cottage Experience
Total Privacy & Space: Enjoy exclusive access to the entire cottage, a large private fenced yard, the unheated pool, and a huge patio. You are completely separate from the host’s home at the front of the property.

Outdoor Paradise: The massive patio is an outdoor living room with cozy sectional seating, two dining tables, propane and charcoal grills, and games like Jenga, cornhole, and darts.

Pool & Stargazing: Take a dip in the private, unheated pool (comfortable mid-May to October, weather-dependent) and spend evenings gathered around the stone fire pit with Adirondack seating, perfect for marshmallow roasting and incredible mountain and desert stargazing.

Modern Comfort: Inside, find new flooring, a refreshed kitchen, and a living room with a plush sectional and 55" smart TV (Netflix, Prime, and more included). Two dedicated workspace desks are set up for remote work or online learning.

Flexible Sleeping: Accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably across the King primary bedroom (with a full LaZBoy sofa bed), and a flexible common area with a full bed, twin daybed, and twin trundle. A crib/pack n’ play, high chair, and extra cot/air bed are available upon request.

Playtime: We provide children's books, toys, puzzles, coloring books, and games.

Kitchen Convenience: A well-equipped kitchen features a large countertop oven, microwave, double-burner hotplate, toaster, and complimentary snacks, oatmeal, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.

This place is so clean, quiet, safe! Has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The pool is fun, not too deep, surrounded by beautiful desert landscape. Fire pit for relaxing and making s’mores. Great spot for families with little ones and teenagers. Comfortable beds and seating, sweet, friendly hosts :) I highly recommend this property, it’s a gem.

The stay was quite good. Location is very nice with views all around. Lighting around the pool area left something to be desired - made it difficult to get around at night or enter the pool.

Great time at the Falcon Cottage!

My wife and I were looking for somewhere to stay to break up a road trip and found the Falcon Cottage. It was a great place to unwind after a long day of driving…we relaxed in the pool, grilled dinner on the patio, soaked in a beautiful sunset, and slept like babies. We would happily stay here again next time we are passing by! If you’re looking for a sturdier lodging than is offered inside Death Valley, this would do the trick - Pahrump is the closest real town and an easy drive into the Park.

House was clean and air conditioned. Kitchen-area was stocked with food and snacks. There is a microwave and toaster oven but not stove, so plan accordingly. The yard and pool were beautiful. Host was very generous.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Cottage. It was clean, cozy, quiet, well stocked, private, and in a great location. We will absolutely return. Our only tiny suggestion would be to maybe position a towel rack near the shower. It is currently across the bathroom. Not a major issue. Just avoids getting the floor wet if we forget to grab the towel before showering. We look forward to our next stay in the Falcon Cottage.

Amazing hosts with a great space

The home was spacious and had all the amenities we needed for our trip to Death Valley. There were lots of coffee, breakfast items, and snacks in the cottage. We were also only a few minutes away from all the restaurants in Pahrump. Alicia was also an amazing host who made us feel welcomed and responded to all of our questions quickly!

5 Stars! A lovely cottage right outside Death Valley. We spend one night as a family of 4. The pool is great and we jumped right in when we arrived. The cottage is amazingly clean and well equipped. The owner, Alicia, is very nice and responsive to requests. One of the best ARBNB rentals I have ever had.

Fantastic, charming getaway!

We spent a really relaxing several days in this cottage. We had everything we needed and more. The hosts supply plenty of towels, snacks, coffee, etc. . . We grilled most evenings. The pool was walled off and private. There was plenty of shade and were comfortable places to relax. It was a perfect oasis. The manager was friendly and helpful without being at all intrusive. The cottage was spotless. It was a perfect reset.

Beautiful desert escape

My family and I stayed for one night at this lovely cottage oasis near Death Valley. I wish we could have stayed a week! Alicia gave us a GREAT list of her favorite places to explore in the area that even included a google map itinerary with suggested routes. And after a full day of exploring, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend staying with Alicia!

Auch wenn die Fotos schon beeindruckend sind, übertrifft die Realität sie noch. Das Ferienhaus ist riesig, bis ins Detail geschmackvoll eingereichtet, handgeschriebene Begrüßungskarte, alles sehr komfortabel. Draußen erwartet einen der Pool und die Gartensitzgruppe vor einer traumhaften Bergkulisse. Was will man mehr?

Wonderful property and homeowners

My family stayed in this lovely oasis for five days and had the best experience; the homeowners went out of the way to make us feel at home. The home is well furnished, exceptionally clean and well maintained, stocked with luxury towels, an exceptional, King mattress that was slept very well upon, and too many other amenities to list. We look forward to returning here in the Summertime to take a few laps in the beautiful pool!
