The property is in an excellent location. The under cabinet lights in the kitchen didn't work. There is only one other light near the sink to light the whole kitchen area and it was difficult to see at night while cooking. The blinds in the great room were broken and wouldn't stay in the raised position, which was disappointing considering we paid extra specifically for the view. Ultimately, we would return and recommend this property, but attention should be made to fix those little issues.
We love Chelan and have stayed at many different places. This condo has everything you need. And the view of the lake is fantastic!We will definitely stay here again!

Nice place, super close to lake Chelan and has an amazing view.
The property was lovely, very clean and great views.The parking garage is very tight.The only complaint would be the lighting in the bathrooms need upgrading.The master bath had several bulbs out it was very dark.

A lovely condo that was perfect for our stay. Easy access to the park and 5 min to main street. Would definitely choose this property for a future visit.
Great location and clean. However NONE of the codes from Vacasa (parking garage, pool, room) worked. Thank goodness the on site property manager was there to help.
We were unable to get into our room and couldn’t get a hold of a representative. The codes we were given didn’t work, the phone numbers did not connect us and we ended up having to book at a different hotel. We were out in the cold with small children while we tried to figure things out. I finally got a hold of a representative the following day where i was told i wools get a call from a local representative from Vacasa. I was told the request was marked as urgent but i never received any call. Thankfully my family was able to get a room at a different resort but we will never book through Vacasa again.

We were told that the washing machine was broken before we arrived, which was OK, but I’m glad I bought enough clothes to last throughout the stay.We didn’t find any trash bags in the kitchen, other than some oversized ones, and the balcony could use some cleanup as it was pretty dusty and a lot of spiderwebs.There were some lightbulbs out in the bathroom and there should’ve been a little bit cleaner in the master bedroom.

Door code didnt work. Took 40 minutes to get ahold of the property manager. Furnace was not working. Property manager dropped off a space heater. Chain lock on the door was missing. Some blinds were missing hardware to open, close, or pullup. The hinge on a window was missing and almost fell on my husband. Garage gate wouldn't open on our departure.

The furnace has been inspected and fixed, and it is now set to 68–70 degrees per the owner’s request. We understand the inconvenience with the door code and gate; the garage gate is managed by the building system, which applies to all three Vacasa-managed units. To assist guests, our phone number is posted at the elevator and gate to help resolve access issues more quickly. We’ve also placed an order to replace the blinds, the hinge on the window, and the chain lock. Your feedback helps us improve the property and guest experience, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
We loved our stay! The condo is very spacious, well stocked, and has the most amazing views! Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. We love the location as it is close to everything you could need in Chelan. Lots of warm, comfy bedding, extra blankets, and games. The beds are very comfortable. There is a perfect sledding hill in the park right next toy the condo. We look forward to returning!

Great location and beautiful views
We did a list minute family trip and got to enjoy the beach and all the Chelan has to offer. There is a great winery that is very family friendly (even has kids menu) - Sigillo Cellars - pretty much walking distance down the street. Cozy bed. Indoor pool with big sliding doors to allow for cross breeze on a warm day. Even BBQ's. We were able to hang all weekend with only going out for meals twice.

My only big issue was that there was no way to securely lock the door to our room. The chain was broken and the deadbolt opens with the door handle and code. Travelling with two small children and my grandmother this was very concerning for me. The main bathroom had some lightbulbs out and the vents were very dusty. One of the remotes didnt have batteries. None of those were big deals, just mentioning it.
