Welcome to Sundee Vacations and Luna di Lusso 416. If you are looking for a super clean, newly re-modeled and luxurious 1 Bedroom 1 bath apartments, look no further. You may notice that our price may be a few dollars more than other apartments in the building, but it'll be worth it. Most of the other units in the building are furnished with exactly the same furniture, mattresses and carpet as they were when the building opened in 2006, over 18 years ago! Just compare the pictures you will see the difference. We have installed gorgeous wood floors throughout the kitchen, living and bedroom areas for that extra warm feeling. We have the best quality bed linens, towels, paper products to make you feel at home. For those staying longer, we have a larger refrigerator/freezer and safe for your valuables available for use.
The service you will receive from check in to check out will be unparalleled. This unit is meticulously cleaned after every guest and our cleaning staff is paid a higher wage to assure that they will take the time to check every minor detail before leaving. Our beds are new top of the line, "Heavenly Bed" Mattresses you will experience that clean crisp feeling when you are ready to turn in for the night. You are our guests and we want you to experience Lake Las Vegas in luxury and style!

We had a wonderful stay here! The unit is clean, well stocked and has a comfortable mattress. The property is great…nice pool and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owners are terrific… they checked in to see if we needed anything and allowed us a slightly earlier check in as we had a long flight and arrived early. We will be back!

The view was spectacular, condo was clean and roomy and the pool was delightful. The little villa is within walking distance with cute little shops and some tasty dining options. The hosts were always available if you needed anything.

Absolutely amazing! We would definitely stay here again. Check-in was very easy, and we had no problems at all with anything. In fact, the condo owner contacted me personally via text about half way through our stay just to check and make sure everything was up to our liking with the condo. I greatly appreciated that!
