This is a first-floor unit of a duplex. There is parking for one car behind the home. Once inside you'll find a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms with queen size beds, and a jack-and-jill bathroom.
The backyard is fully fenced in. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.
The backyard and washer/dryer are shared with the unit above.

Please note, No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)

Pets welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
