Located in one of the most sought-after areas, you'll be just a short walk from the Park City Mountain ski lifts, local stores, grocery stores, banks, Starbucks, Jans & Coles Sports (for ski and snowboard rentals or purchases), a golf course, and much more. The free bus stop is just steps away—taking you to Main Street, Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and throughout Park City at no cost! This means you can avoid the expense and hassle of traffic, parking reservations, and parking fees. Main Street is less than a mile away and easily walkable.

Great communication from Adam ahead of arrival and during the stay when I had a question. The condo was very clean and welcoming. Convenient walk/bus ride to the Mountain village lifts at Park City. No huge checkout to do list either. Highly recommended.

Adam was a great host. He kept us informed of snow conditions prior to arrival and made sure check-in was simple. He was even kind enough to offer an early check-in, and a late check-out for my wife who was not feeling great through the trip.Aside from the great experience, the condo had everything you would need and more. Centrally located near a grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of the ski runs, we couldn’t have asked for a better location for the price. Upon entering the condo we were pleased to see ample space for two people, a comfortable bedroom, a nice bathroom with a shower and toiletries, a kitchen with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigeration and all the conveniences needed to feel like home, along with a spacious living room that offered a pullout bed and a large tv. The space had upgraded finishes and modern lighting which allowed for customization of lighting depending on time of day. We also appreciated that the heater located in the living room was large enough to warm up the entire condo. We absolutely look forward to our next visit to Utah and plan to book again in the future! Awesome space, great location, and provided everything we needed for our visit!

Great, stylish condo close to everything!

We loved our stay here! Very clean, stylish place, with a upscale hotel room feel. Walking distance (25 min) to mainstreet and conveniently located close to bus stops (litterally across the street). Easy to get to the slopes.Host responded to all our questions with lightning speed, and we felt well taken care of. Pool and hottub steps away from the front door. Would definitly stay again.

This is a fantastic location!

Adam was wonderful to work with, very timely and helpful. Location can’t be beat. We took the bus, which is right across the street, put our skis in valet for the week and walked to and from the hill. Can walk to the store and Starbucks. Would stay again.

Ski Vacation

We had a great stay here! The check-in was seamless and when we arrived everything was nice and clean. The location is great for skiing - Just a 5-10 minute walk from Eagle and First Time lifts. You can also walk to the grocery store which was nice since we didn’t have a car. Adam also answered any questions we had very promptly. Oh, and the heated pool/hot tub were great after a long day of skiing. Definitely recommend staying here for skiing!

That’s when I really understood the saying, “People come for the winter, but they stay for the summer.” Park City is just as amazing in the sunshine as it is covered in snow.
