Transportation Info: Once you book your vacation, you can arrange Free transportation from the airport to the resort by following the information sent to you in your confirmation email When you get through customs at the airport, look for a driver wearing navy pants and a blue shirt with a Cancún Bay logo, carrying a sign for your resort hotel.
