Experience a touch of the past in this renovated, classic apartment. Absorb the historic vibes in this National Historic Landmark District. Mount Vernon is an area just north of downtown Baltimore, and is one of the city's oldest neighborhoods. Originally, it was home to the city's most fashionable families.

Transportation in Baltimore is plentiful - the light rail, there is the free Johns Hopkins Shuttle for students and staff, the free Charm City Circulator, the MARC and Amtrak trains at Penn Station will take you to Washington DC in an hour, the bus of course, Zipcars, metro subway and the popular electric scooters.

Charm City is called such for it's wide array of neighborhoods. Each neighborhood is different in its own charming way, but IMHO Mt Vernon is the best! Walk outside and you are walking among 100+ year old brownstones. Immediately across from your house is a public park perfect for dog walking, there is the free Walters Art Museum, newly renovated Washington Monument, the Peabody Conservatory with its dramatic stairs and publicly available library -- and all this you can see from your stoop! Walk around a bit and you can access over 20 art galleries, 30 restaurants and bars, the historic Charles Movie Theater, Lyric Opera House, University of MD, MICA, and the list goes on.

Paid parking may be available for $10/days for stays less than 2 weeks or $160/month. Please inquire at time of booking. Parking spots must be reserved at the time of booking by providing your vehicle information (make, model, color, and license plate), even if your listing indicates availability of parking.   We can not guarantee availability of parking, if it has not been reserved ahead of time. Failing to confirm your parking spot and providing vehicle make, model, color, year and tag number may result in being towed. Please provide all vehicle information when requesting a parking space at the time of booking.

Amazing 11 Week Stay
I had the opportunity to stay in this condo for 11 weeks during a temporary work assignment and it was fantastic. The unit has everything you could need for a short or long stay, and the location is excellent. There are various restaurants within walking distance, a nearby gym, and I could even walk to the inner harbor or Camden Yards. The management sent concise instructions for check-in and check-out and was fast to get the AC unit repaired when there was an issue. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to spend some time in the city.
