Studio of 30 m2 with terrace of 21 m2, on the 4th floor with elevator of a luxury residence. Accommodation for two people maximum double bed in 140.

Close to the TGV station, 200 m from the port, 200 m from the city center and 500 m from the large beach.

The accommodation has an equipped kitchen. The bedding is new.
Its large terrace, facing East, is equipped with a garden furniture, a barbecue, very little overlooked. The building has bicycle parking.
1 men's mountain bike and 1 women's mountain bike are available (from June 2018)
No private parking, some spaces in the street. Otherwise Vinci paid parking 200 m away.

Très fonctionnel

Ce petit appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé et très propre. Malgré la canicule, le logement est resté frais. La terrasse est très appréciable. L’accueil fut sympathique et Françoise et Christian ont été très arrangeants pour les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Merci à eux!

Excellante propriété

Très bel appartement, conforme aux photos et idéalement situé. La proximité avec la gare n'est pas dérangeante, on entend que très peu les trains qui ne passent qu'en journée. Les vélos mis à disposition sont un plus pour cet appartement. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillant et à l'écoute pour toutes nos questions. L'appartement est dans un coin tranquille et silencieux, tout en étant proche du port et de la plage. Je recommande vivement

Nous avons passé un très bon we dans cet appartement. Il se situe idéalement dans Les Sables-d’Olonne pour tout faire a pied. Les propriétaires sont des gens adorables! Accueillants et arrangeants! Ils ont pensé à tout au niveau de l équipement. L appartement était très propre. Il est également très calme. Avec un brin de soleil, la terrasse est géniale. Séjour très agréable dans un studio bien équipé (malgré une douche un peu petite et glissante) et très bien situé entre le port de plaisance et le centre-ville; Accès facile et parking à proximité. Propriétaire très accueillante. Je recommanderai à mes proches, meme agés.
